Terrible service. After our order was taken and we were served, the waitresses did NOT come back to check on us. The place had about 6 tables occupied including ours. They went to all the tables asking the other customers if they wanted coffee or anything else. No one came around asking us if wanted more water or coffee. In addition when the coffee was first served, the waitress did not bring the cream as requested. I had to wait flag her down after about 5 minutes. Based on service, this place is not worth the effort with so many other better restaurants in the area.

Met a friend there for dinner as we we guests of the hotel. It was just right.

We only heard about this place because of the snoop dogg pre party lol, but wow the food was so good and the drinks were so tasty. Definitely a great vibe, and the bartender (bless his heart 😂) also let me use his phone charger which i was sooo thankful for because i probably wouldn’t have been able to get half the amount of pics i did at snoop without him. So thank you!! My boyfriend had fries and says “i didn’t even need ketchup!!!” That’s saying something lol

1 young server for the entire restaurant, felt bad for her. She was super nice and apologized many times for the slow service. Manager was there and he was doing absolutely nothing. Advice would be hire more servers or to hire food runners/ bus boys to help the 1 server out, or maybe have the manager step in to help when she’s slammed

Cane with a table of 16 people, for my birthday. Unfortunately while they clearly had potential for a great meal it became very apparent that they were quite understaffed for the night, our server had our 16 person table plus another ~25 people in the restaurant as the only waitstaff (plus one bartender) which was just simply too much, I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for many years myself and there wasn’t much she could have done, she was simply overwhelmed. She was very pleasant to talk to however. Additionally the understaffing became apparent in the Kitchen too, as I only saw one chef/cook in there, and there couldn’t have been more than 2, which makes it extremely hard to properly execute a 16 person table. This lead to a my tenderloin being overdone on one side and some other guest having issues. I in no way blame the staff, as they were set up to fail, but I do wish that the management had the foresight to bring in another server and kitchen staff, as that would have alleviated all issues.

TLDR: Bland, boring, and confusing. -Food is bland, their Mexican food lacks salt and spice. -Cocktails needs improvement with presentation and flavor, alcohol is too light or too strong. -No music/background sound, too quiet. -Servers are nice but food takes long to serve. -They don't know their identity. Is it a Mexican restaurant? There's lots of big TVs, are they a Sports Bar? Is it modern fine dining, casual, bistro, or pub? Their name Latitude 44, what is it? It did not reflect in their food, drink, or ambience. -Please update the address in Google. Went through an elevator plus a number of doors and halls from Four Points hotel but the restaurant is easily accessible from Barrington or Salter St. To be fair, I think they're quite new. Yes, they have potential, I love that they have a big, clean space. However, lots to improve.

The food was awesome! I ordered the Holiday special turkey sliders and they were amazing. The restaurant was busy with large groups but the service was still fast. One of my friends ordered the burger special and said it was terrific. Price point was great. My lunch and a beer was $20. I’ll be a regular at this new spot! It’s a great find in this city!
