We are proudly present an exclusive collaboration between LAVA and guest Chef Dan Bark from 1-Michelin-starred “Cadence by Dan Bark” with A Symphony of Sea and Land, only on 21st and 22nd February.

Meticulously designed using bamboo, and featuring a vibrant, electric blue fossilized coral bar, LAVA restaurant serves the freshest seafood sourced from local fishermen each day, along with the finest cuts of imported beef.

Situated in a refined and elegant beachfront setting, the atmosphere at our signature restaurant is warm and relaxed, extending to the serene outdoor terrace where the beach side seating arrangement is light, relaxed, and perfect for a romantic sunset aperitif.

The extensive wine collection includes both old world classics and crisp new world wines. For those seeking a more intimate dinner venue, LAVA also offers private dining rooms downstairs.

very good experience at LAVA. services and food are good! As we are not the guest of the hotel, we were a bit lost when we located the restaurant duing night time. But overall experience was good!

I am bread and butter lover and their special breads are superb! Plus it is complimentary. We ordered seafood platter for 2 to share and a lobster soup, they were all delicious. Spring fall cocktail is great pairing with our food. Good recommendation by the service staff.

All the staff have excellent service as i propose here to my girlfriend. Food is yummy and look great.

The seafood did not taste fresh. The lighting and environment is not making one feeling comfortable either. I raised a bday cake request and there was no response at all until I got my hotel to call them to confirm one hour before our reservation. Overall speaking, it’s sucks!

創作的な料理と、素晴らしい雰囲気の中、ゆっくり食事を楽しむことができました。予約時に結婚記念日ということをお伝えしておりましたが、テーブルに手書きのウェルカムリーフが置いてあり、スイーツのプレートにはチョコで”ハッピーアニバーサリー”と書いてくださりと、とても素敵な雰囲気を作っていただきました。妻も喜んでました。フーコックで素敵な食事ができてとても良かったです。
