   The food was great, especially the garlic bread appetizer. We sat in the balcony which was nice, but the service was slow and seemed a little disorganized. We had a fairly early reservation at 5:45 but weren’t seated until 20ish minutes beyond it. Others were seated late too. Glad we didn’t commit to seeing a show otherwise we would’ve been late.

   Beautiful restaurant with a recently renovated (and gorgeous!!) bar. Delicious cuisine and wonderful service. Don't miss the branzino-it's excellent!!

   We arrived minutes before our reservation, but then waited 15 min after our reservation to be seated. Something about staffing. I should have known right then. The food was mediocre at best, and the ravioli and the asparagus were cold when they arrived. The staff was clearly overwhelmed, and topped it if by serving my latte cold, after coming over with another tables coffee order. Don’t be fooled by the lines to get in, it’s only because they are the “cheapest” fine dining experience in both hotels. I have had better meals at the chain Brio for half the cost.

   Was here prior to the renovation and absolutely loved it, could not wait to come back. Now that we have returned finally, just not the same. First of all we came hoping they still had clams casino on the menu, that was nixed. Secondly, the penne Alla Vodka is nowhere like it used to be (tastes very commercial with store bought pasta) & the sauce too acidic. The Pappardelle veal ragu tasted fine but creamy bolognese was too rich though pasta itself was nice. The Lavalini cocktail has changed, was very icey and I don’t recall the citrus and I do remember they used to put these martini gel-bombs in it. Not the same. Calamari was nice but a little greasy & I liked the burrata. We walked away feeling yuk. The service was ok. I had a reservation for the next day but I canceled it.

   The tables are too close together … absolutely zero privacy. Then, we ordered a dozen (12) oysters on the half shell and they only gave us 9 thinking we wouldn’t know… then when we brought it to their attention they brought out 3 random oysters. This place used to be amazing but I will never go back or recommend anyone to go there… they did ultimately comp the oysters but that is not the point nor do we ever expect free stuff… they absolutely tried to get over and hoped we wouldn’t notice… it was arranged perfectly so no one would notice!! I don’t believe it was an accident … it is a way to rip customers off who don’t pay attention…

    went for MEATBALL was delicious! the beet salad and whipped ricotta and shrimp scampi were amazing
