    We had a great experience at Lavo! The ladies at check in were very welcoming and we were shown to our table by a very nice young man. The decor is whimsical and beautiful and we were amazed by the fact that the restaurant was full but the noise level was so well managed by the restaurant that we were able to talk and actually hear each other! Our server Jen, was outstanding and only in a 5 star restaurant have we gotten the attention that we received from Lavo. I would recommend Lavo to anyone looking for great food and great service! Excellent management!

    Wow new contemporary look inside very pretty place now, love the eggplant, pasta, great wine menu and fish was delicious too

    LAVO used to be one of our favorite restaurants on the Strip. We hadn't been for a few years and what we came back to was awful. We had no idea that the only option for Sun. brunch was the pri fixe menu at $55 per person. You can't order and pay for individual entrees. No signage and no real notification on the website. The decor in the restaurant has just been redone and it's so cheap looking. It used to have a cool ambience. I can't imagine what it's like at night. The food was mediocre at best. The salmon pizza and omelet were cold. The servers were attentive, but had to be asked for water service and remind them multiple times that we asked for coffee, pepper and other items. They kept wanting to take our plates away. I will say the manager was very nice, but said there was nothing she could do. The Venetian/Palazzo were sold a few years ago and so many changes have been made for the worse in my opinion. I couldn't be more disappointed.

    Jessica was our waitress. We saw her at order and then when she brought our ticket. She never asked how our food/drinks were, even when she picked up our plates with over half the food still there. Chicken was so dry, I had to take a drink of water to get it down. The other dish was sub par spaghetti and meatballs. Neither of our bar drinks were good. We both took a couple sips and that was all we could bear. $22-24 for each and left those, only drank the water given. We won’t be back. Jessica didn’t care how our experience was so her tip reflected that. We’re big tippers but didn’t feel guilty about not doing so this time if the waitress didn’t check on us or ask if there were issues with all the food and drinks left on the table.

    We had a great experience, although the pasta fra diavolo was completely devoid of lobster… we did not say anything although we should have… the affogato was stunning in presentation. New items on menu were really good particularly the white bolognaise
