Laylak is one of the most beautiful restaurants I’ve seen in the GTA. It has an open, airy and sophisticated vibe, the food is always top tier and the service is phenomenal every time. Laylak is definitely a favourite of mine. Highly recommend.

I don’t think Layla’s needs a review from me because it’s simply wonderful. I absolutely love it there—the service, the food, and the vibe are amazing. Every time I go, I thoroughly enjoy myself.

The food ranged from average to good but doesn’t justify the price tag. The ambience is amazing. The server however was very disinterested and it showed. She got the appetizers and mains at the same time no questions asked. The mains were reheated so the shrimp and falafel became a little dry and lost their crispness. Our drinks came later and had to ask for them (they forget probably). It was wife’s birthday - Wasn’t the evening i expected. The vibe was a little self serve restaurant. Could have ordered through an iPad and that might have been better.

It was okay, but the food was primarily Turkish rather than Lebanese. Service was slow, and we waited 5 minutes for a glass of water. Overall food was ok, 3/5.

Nice place for a conversation with a friend. Service was not up to the level it should. They were not aware.

Beautiful restaurant. The apps were fantastic - fresh and big portions. We ordered the Octopus to share… my friend liked it and I didn’t. We thought it would be sliced up but it was one long tentacle… I didn’t like the texture or taste and it just had some greens on the plate with nothing else. I will try something else next time! Dessert - date cake with ice cream delicious, but $22 was steep for a piece of cake!

The food here is very very good unfortunately the service is not great. Nice people but just not very aware. A new guest joined us and although the restaurant was practically empty, the server did not bring him a menu or offer him a glass for the wine we had at the table. We asked for dessert menus, we asked to place our order - felt like we had to keep on them. Also not one of the washrooms had toilet paper in them - I had to go ask. BUT the food was really really good (except falafels were a bit dry everything else was really amazing)
