Great service. Staff was very friendly. The ambiance was beautiful. One of the best presentation for fine middle eastern cuisine.

The food was mediocre, but the service was downright terrible. The only thing this place has going for it is the interior, which is clearly designed to look good on Instagram. If you care about good food and proper service, avoid this place entirely. This was my first time here, and I was excited, but I’ll never be back. The waiter forgot one of our appetizer dishes, and when I brought it up as the rest of the table was receiving their main courses, he seemed annoyed. After that, he disappeared for the rest of our meal. There were only two large tables during lunch, and not one of the four staff members bothered to check on us—no refills on water, no asking how the food was, nothing. For a place that automatically adds a 20% gratuity for large parties, they don’t even meet the bare minimum. I had to hunt down staff just to get basic service. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—this place isn’t worth it.

Went for the first time to celebrate our anniversary, we found great ambiance, food and drinks. Would come come for another special occasion.

Service was terrible. That was our 2nd time dining there, won’t go back. Over priced and the wine list is ridiculously expensive

Let me start by saying the food was very tasty, i would rate it as good. The service was good but a bit slow, mostly due to the fact that there was just one server looking after a large area. She was very pleasant though. Aside from this the rest of the experience was not that great. The washrooms did not have running water and not very clean, the main carpet was shabby, torn and worn out, they did not change the plates prior to the main course being served. The prices are definitely on the higher side for the type of food served. I would hardly call this an exceptional experience. Maybe its the trend nowadays to add the gratuity on top of the HST which i find a rip off, but at least many restaurants give you a self select option which they did not. We are fairly generous where it coming to gratuities but i would like to have the ability to choose mine. Not sure if we would visit again.

The restaurant offered a delightful ambiance that set the perfect tone for our dining experience. The food was exceptional, and the service was attentive and professional. However, the temperature in the dining area felt slightly chilly and could have been more comfortable with a minor adjustment. Overall, we had a wonderful time celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary, and my wife thoroughly enjoyed the evening as well.

A hidden gem in Oakville. Fantastic service and beautiful ambiance from the time you enter. More importantly, the food is outstanding. I recommend one of the chef's tasting menus to get the best experience, but pace yourself, it's a lot of food! The price is not cheap, but you definitely get value for the $$. Love the Middle Eastern wine selection as well.

Spectacular! The food was so delicious, quite possibly the best Lebanese food I’ve ever had, the staff are the warmest most hospitable people, and the energy and ambience of the place is so beautiful and pleasant!
