   Debbie was incredible. She brings a very comfy, personable vibe to the table without detracting from the higher end approach and atmosphere. That isn't easy to do. Don't know his name, but the red beard who delivered the bulk of our food did a great job describing the food and was a notable addition to the experience. One minor quibble with the food was the salt level. It could be dialed back considerably. This was agreed by all 4 members of our party. It didn't ruin our overall experience. The plating and presentations were all great. The carpaccio and scampi pasta were highlights. Overall a lovely meal, great atmosphere, and kind, attentive service from all involved.

   www shared several starters and pastas as well as the chicken dish, whihc was succulent and moist. The gnocchi was greats. Focaccia bread excellent as well.

   We had the most incredible experience at Lazia last night! My fiancé and I went there to celebrate our engagement, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the tone—elegant, warm, and intimate. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, offering congratulations and impeccable service throughout the evening.

   What a beautiful restaurant and the food was amazing from start to finish. We were in town to go to The Nutcracker Ballet and our waitress asked us what time our show was so she could make sure to have our dinner completed in time. Superb food and customer service! We will return!!

   We have loved every single visit to Lazia and this one was no different. The menu offers a balance of adventurous bites and Italian traditions, but all are equally delicious. The service here can’t be matched by any other KC restaurant—wait staff remembers us each time, even if they’ve only personally helped us once before, and continues to be the friendliest staff we’ve ever met. They go out of their way to celebrate special occasions and make a regular visit more special. You can’t go wrong with a reservation here.

   Unfortunately, we were disappointed… And I hate to say this because I was excited to try a new place…  to start with the restaurant is extremely loud… They need some insulation so people can have a conversation… We were told to order all of our choices and they would course them out… Which they did but after two hours we only had three items… And we were tired of waiting… I felt bad for the waitress… And the manager was very kind… And did not make any excuses and apologized… we left without trying 2 $75 entrées …I’m not sure if they were understaffed in the back of the house…And I would also suggest when somebody orders a glass of wine that you pour a half an inch too much than a half an inch too little…  this could be a great place, but they need to work these things out…

    The food was amazing and the service was friendly and thoughtful. The only drawback was the preparation time. We ordered several courses and our meal came over the course of nearly two hours. By the time our final pasta course arrived, we were too full to enjoy much of it.
