Tartare beaucoup trop épicé, incapable de le manger, n'a pas offert de remplacer ou de diminuer le coût. Les autres assiettes semblaient bonnes.

Bonjour Emilie, nous sommes desole que le tartare c'etait pas a ton gout. Nos tartares sont une des plus populaire items sur notre menu et c'est sure que la tolerance d'epices pour tous les clients sont pas pareilles. Une goute de plus d'epices et sa pourrait etre trop epicee pour certaines personnes. Je vous recommande pour la prochaine fois que tu r'envoie ton assiette a la cuisine, preferablement au debut de votre service et pas a la fin quand vous payez vos factures, et ca va nous faire plaisir pour la changer votre assiette pour toi aucune probleme. J'espere que tous les autres items que vous avez commander etait a votre gout. Je pense pas que une tartare trop epicee merite un 2 etoiles dans vos commentaires mais c'est juste mon opinion. Merci de votre comprehension, Derek.

Visited for second time after we loved the first visit… unfortunately it is not consistent AT ALL. We got seated right behind their little standing both where they greet guests .. the way they throw the menu in that stand was very annoying because it’s would cause a bang in the back of my seat .. so it was bang after bang through out my supper. Not pleasant at all! The waitress has absolutely no class. She constantly said she can hear it’s too loud I just can’t hear you. I’ll ask a question about the menu and she would reply I’m blind I just can’t see what your pointing at .. so she can’t see and can’t hear and she’s our waitress?? She is clearly not blind or deaf she’s just has a lot of attitude and wasn’t going to be shy about it. I asked if the tartar could be done not spicy and she rudely replied SO YOU ASKED ABOUT THE SALMON BUT YOU DONT NEED SPICY?? WHATS THE POINT? She returns to say « my boss said if you don’t like your tartare she won’t take it back it becomes your problem » . Needless to say customer service is not a priority here. The main course was drenched in sauce ( veggies saute +shrimps) it was terrible. The halibut was completely different then last week even if it’s the same exact meal I ordered. They left chunky pieces of lime in the sauce which I didn’t see so I spat out my first bite because it was super sour and seriously unexpected, a week ago it didn’t taste like that and it had no pieces of lime. We said nothing.. we can see it would lead to nothing … paid and tipped to avoid a scene and left both saying never coming back.

So this is the BOSS answering your second review in a week, seems like its a trend for you, first under the name of Faith and the second under F...LOL. By the way you mentioned privately that we should update our utensils, that they were too small and outdated, the first time not realizing that you were probably using a fork that we use for mussels and escargots HAHAHA. Anyways...nothing except for complaints and wanting to change the sauce for our tartare, then ordering the tartare blah blah ! The lime sauce for the halibut exactly made the same way both times, guess the first time you didn't realize that there were lime pieces in it, only compliments from all of our other appreciative clients. Glad you both agreed not to come back, which is the only thing I agree with as well !!

Comme à l’habitude, le repas a été des plus réussi. Les quenelles Chinoises et les calamars sont un pure délice en entrée. Les crevettes cajun sur salade se mangent toute seules. Et le service de Karine a été exemplaire. Une perle
