   The server was absolutely incredible! They had this incredible knack for making you feel like you were the most important guest in the room. From the moment you walked in, they were welcoming and attentive without being overbearing, and they made sure everything was just right. They knew the menu inside and out, offering great recommendations based on your preferences, which really helped elevate the whole dining experience. And then there was the food rotation—it was such a unique and clever approach. Instead of just traditional courses, the rotation allowed you to try a wide variety of dishes without feeling rushed. Each plate was fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and bursting with flavors. You'd get a taste of something new every few minutes, keeping the meal exciting and dynamic. It was like a constant surprise, each dish somehow better than the last! That kind of variety, combined with the exceptional service, made for an unforgettable meal.

   Went here for a weekend trip to Quebec and heard it was one of the best to eat at, and it sure doesn’t disappoint. Ambiance, food, drink pairings were perfect with no dish being too heavily season or bland. The dinner was more like an experience and I’d recommend it to anyone who’s visiting Quebec City

    I came here to celebrate my birthday and had the most wonderful time. The service was tremendous and the food followed along with this trend. I did the six plate discovery selection of the menu as well as a caviar appetizer. It was all so divine. I was so full but felt good. Vicki was our waitress and she was superb. Thank you, Le Champlain for a truly wonderful birthday memory!
