Le Cinq unveils itself behind two majestic wrought-iron doors. In this room with a classic Franco-English style, where excellence serves emotion, chef Christian Le Squer shapes a cuisine of products, modern, elegant, and constantly evolving. A distinguished culinary composition of the highest accolade, as Le Cinq has been awarded 3 Michelin stars since 2016.

Centered around seasonal ingredients sourced from small producers, the menu reflects the chef's Breton roots and Parisian inspirations. Among his signature dishes, Breton langoustines, gratinated onion soup, or line-caught sea bass with buttermilk from my childhood are must-tries. An explosion of tastes and flavors.

By his side, his accomplice Eric Beaumard, the iconic Restaurant Director and vice-world's best Sommelier, orchestrates high-flying service and supervises the cellar with 50,000 bottles that has made Le Cinq's worldwide reputation.

Fabulous experience at Le Cinq last night. The food was incredible and the service was impeccable. We opted for the tasting menu, which I highly recommend. Just keep in mind that this option will take 3 1/2 hours. We added the wine pairing, which the sommelier was gracious enough to allow us to share.

Eric as the orchestra leader play A wonderful symphony fine service. An exquisite room of old world charm. The textures, the flavors, the preparation and presentation lived up to their reputation.

Après trois cent six (306) voyages culinaires au sein d'une maison de cuisine étoilée Michelin, mon quinzième (15ième) périple gastronomique au CINQ (établissement aux trois (3) macarons Michelin à Paris) fut toujours aussi remarquable et remarqué, et les chefs-d’œuvre du Chef triplement étoilé Michelin Christian LE SQUER furent toujours autant appréciables et appréciés... BRAVO & MERCI à toutes celles et tous ceux qui appartiennent à la brigade, en cuisine, ainsi qu'à toutes celles et tous ceux qui font partie de l'équipe de restaurant, en salle !... Me and my guest tried the tasting menu and 5 glass wine pairing and it was exceptional (overall). Very pricey, but worth the experience at least once. The service and ambiance were exceptional
