Le Colonial is a celebration of seductive spirit and vivid flavors reminiscent of Saigon in the 1920s. With locations in Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Lake Forest, Houston, and Naples, the famed Vietnamese restaurant is designed to capture a bygone era of sophistication and opulence. Celebrated restaurateurs Rick Wahlstedt and Joe King deliver exquisite attention to detail in the luxurious, classic, and romantic atmosphere of Delray’s lively beachfront town square. For special occasions, our private dining space provides a bespoke setting for unforgettable celebrations.

We politely ask that our guests return the favor by joining us sans any of the subsequent athleisure attire. No athletic wear or athletic attire, designer athletic lines of any kind and model, beach flip flops or any beach attire, athletic slides, tank tops (men), cut-offs, sweatpants, exposed undergarments and excessively revealing clothing for indoor and outdoor dining.

Amazing evening. Hospitality the old school way. The wait staff was attentive, polite and very helpful. Food was outstanding. The atmosphere lovely, and even though the restaurant was crowded the noise level was low enough that we could have a conversation without having to yell across the table. I highly recommend this restaurant

If you're looking for a romantic spot with great French Vietnamise food, this is it! Beautifully designed interior and waitstaff in authentic dress adds to the experiance. My wife and I were there last night to celebrate our 30th Anniversary of meeting at Le Colonial on East 57th Street in NYC. The food is consistently delicious and fresh! We have been to this new location in Delray Florida at least 7 times since it opend. Great bar and wine list as well.

Thanksgiving week. It was crowded but not too noisy. Arrived 15 min early so had to wait for a table. It wasn't a bad experience. Meal was decent and the wine list was interesting.

Service was good up to the end when you could die from the ultra spicy food. Gasping and asking for water

Sit on the outdoor patio. Much quieter than main dining room. Wonderful place . First place we choose when our daughter comes into Florida!

Horrible evening. Seated at 7o'clock for a party of 4 persons. Drinks came after 8 and 2 appetizers came 20 minutes later. 2 side dishes of garlic noodles came after 9 and the entrees came at 9:20. The noodles were obviously cold and could not be eaten with the entrees. The entrees were not good-salmon was raw and ordered well done, meat dish inedible. Needless to say no one ate their meals. The waitress excuse was that the kitchen was having issues and they were backed up in the kitchen. The waitress thanked us for our patience.!! We constantly had to ask for water. This request was usually ignored. This was our favorite restaurant and since it opened celebrated several occasions here. There is no reason to go to a place that does not value it's patrons.

This is such a beautiful restaurant and well run. Food was excellent . Nice friendly staff. They did an amazing job decorating . I felt like I was in French Polynesia!
