J'ai eu ce soir un serveur discret et respectueux de son client. Quand est venu le moment de régler la facture, il m'a dit "je vous laisse travailler". Ce matin, le serveur s'est placé au dessus de mon épaule pour m'observer conclure la transaction...quel manque de délicatesse et de fini. J'ai mis 15% pcq d'autres serveurs avaient participé au service sinon c'était zéro. C'est un grand hôtel et non la "binerie" du coin.

We went to the St-Laurent for breakfast and for dinner. Breakfast was amazing, fast and the view of the river is simply wonderful. We went back for dinner an other night and we totally fell in love with the filet mignon. Amazing experience! Take the time to enjoy this restaurant when in the area ❤️

Réservation a 19h00, on nous dit d attendre car la table n'est pas prête (ok aucun soucis). A 19h20, après que des gens défile devant nous et que leurs réservations étaient a 19h00 également, je vais revoir les gens a la réception et ceux ci nous avoue nous avoir oublié !!!!! Nous avons donc la dernière table disponible a coté de l'entré de la cuisine avec les serveurs qui défilent un après l'autre donc 0 sur 10 pour avoir un peu d intimité et de tranquillité mais ok on est dans le restaurant. Service ok sans plus mais la qualité des plats, oh lala. Bœuf et agneau, belle présentation mais sans aucune saveur....très beige ! Je n'ai jamais gouté èa des viandes sans aucunes saveurs et une trop grande cuisson. Très décevant…

Svp suggérez de changer le menu, ça fait 15 ans qu’on offre le canard dur comme de la pierre, pourquoi ne pas ajouter au menu l’agneau de Charlevoix Le service était parfait,
