Tuck away in a corner on the quiet Hutchinson Street in Surry Hills, Le Salle Dining has softly opened. This intimate restaurant is reservation only, and serves contemporary cooking inspired by those cuisines of the old wine countries.

-We offer a 4 courses menu du jour + assortment of cheeses at $108 or a 5 courses menu du jour @ $118 p.p that changes frequently) and 1 drink min. spend on Beverages p.p. However, there are several dishes for supplements to add on. If you or your guests might have certain dietary requirements, please kindly inform us at least 24hours prior to your bookings.

-We Are fully licenced, no BYO

-Cancellation Fee, in the event of no show or cancellations within 72 hours to dining a $108 per person cancellation fee will apply.

Small enough to have the vibe of an intimate dinner with friends, but with the skill of Patrick in the kitchen and the hospitality of Eddy on the floor, Le Salle elevates the experience to one of fine dining. The menu changes regularly to reflect what fresh produce is available, and the wine list has some rare and captivating inclusions. Highly recommended.

Another great meal at Le Salle. Patrick’s skill in the kitchen and Eddy’s friendly service and knowledge of fine wines means it’s always a memorable meal. Highly recommended for couples or small groups.
