   Dined here twice recently for brunch. This review is the combined product of the two experiences. Liked the bistro vibe and the food was very good but not great so no 5 stars, in particular given the typically high prices most restaurants are charging. The service was good the first time but not so good the second time, and both times drink orders were forgotten for one of our party. The 2nd visit the service was somewhat slow (it was busy) and not up to their standards. Drinks were good but again, pricey (the $19 "breakfast martini" is served in glasses I think they got from a Barbie play set). Always a good spot but at these prices it is not a good value.

   Always a great TIME! First time doing brunch menu, had the waffles and bacon. Super yummy. Usually my lunch spot for a Nico’s salad but a good change. Busy on a Sunday but still great service. I will keep coming back ☺️☺️

   I’ve always enjoyed dining at your restaurant, but I wanted to share feedback on a disappointing experience I had recently. I ordered the trout dish, but unfortunately, it was excessively oily, covered in butter and oil to the point where it was inedible. I’ve always appreciated the quality of your food, which is why I was so surprised by this experience. I hope this can be addressed to ensure the same high standards I’ve come to expect.    We arranged a group of 14 for cocktails in the bar area followed by a family-style dinner thereafter. Reservations Manager, Valeriia was outstanding from the first call and email to arrange the event. Highly responsive in her communications, sensitive to the meal preferences of our guests and attentive to curating a memorable evening. Bartender Ewan and Server Brent ensured fantastic mixology and dining experiences. Kudos as well to the Chef and Sommelier. We will certainly be back and highly recommend your next group evening experience at Le Select!

   We arrived at 7 pm and left at 9 pm. The burger was by far the best I have ever had. Absolutely delicious. Service excellent. Waiter accommodating and efficient. An excellent dining experience. Very busy place for a Tuesday night.

   I dine often at Le Select. And the food is usually very good to outstanding. However for the first time the meat was below average. I do hope it is a one time fluke; as Le Select is one of my favourite places.
