The current experience, Havana 151, takes a trip to a sultry, elegant supper club with a Latin/Cuban flair. The Loft at Lena's is our second floor restaurant space, that transforms seasonally into an immersive dining experience. We are featuring our NEW theme, Havana 151. Havana 151 is a sultry, elegant supper club with a Latin / Cuban flair. The dining experience will immerse guests with rich and decadent decor with a unique take on an Old Havana luxury hotel of the 1940/50's. The space carries a sexy, stylish vibe which allows guests to travel in time and spend a day in old Havana and experience a piece of the Cuban culture. True to the era, the experience is featuring hand crafted, classic cocktails with our signature Havana 151 Punch for two paired with our seasonal additions of Havana Mussels, Seafood Paella and Coconut Rum Cake.

Our family loves Lena's. The food is fantastic and the ambience and atmosphere is always welcoming. What makes Lena's so unique is their marketing and the unique ways they keep dining there a novel experience. Whether it's the rotating experience in their Loft, or dinner with Santa, there's always something really special happening at Lena's.

Always a great time a Lena’s. We’re big fans of their pizza and meatball side dish. One of the best! Definitely plan to loosen up the belt if you dine here. We came on an extra special day where Santa made an appearance! The kid highly enjoyed it and as a parent it makes me thrilled.

Overall it was a good experience (especially our pizzas) but I have to say continually getting messages from the restaurant confirming our reservation, then about the 15 mins. wait time if we miss our reservation time; then time limitations for us to be at our table to eat; adding 20% gratuity for a family 5; and then when paying the bill to get another set of percentages to tip more was a bit of a buzz kill for what was to be a birthday dinner. Our server was fine but when we asked for the additional bread for our crab dip, she said, "Sure. Let me get that." And then we never got it and then were asked by the card reader to encourage tipping again. As a former kitchen cook, I know how hard wait and restaurant staff work but the constant tipping and other "messaging directives" are killing the dining out experience.

Pasta arrive 1st and we waited to eat until the pizza arrived 10 minutes later only when we asked the server where it was - sitting on the shelf forgotten? The pasta was cold by then and she offered to have it reheated - WHILE THE PIZZA GOT COLD!!?? Server did not get that we wanted to eat our meals together, not have one person done or almost done before the 2nd entree arrived. She blamed kitchen logistics, did not apologize, and showed no empathy. Restaurant was less than 1/2 full. Lena's needs to train the staff to pay attention to the dining experience. Oh, when we left, 3 staff members were chatting away at the checkin stand and did not acknowledge us leaving or ask how the meal was.

We really enjoyed celebrating Thanksgiving in the Loft at Lena's. What a beautiful venue! Service was top notch, timing was excellent and the traditional Thanksgiving meal was good. Not perfect, but tasty and all the dishes I was looking forward to. I can't wait to return to try their standard menus!
