Nice setting, ok services, decent food. nothing terrible, nothing wows — initially they were going to put us to a table right next to the entrance to the downstairs bathroom. it’s 5:30 and the restaurant was not that full. when i asked to be seated other places, they did immediately find another much better table for us. Also I had to repeatedly ask them to refill our water. The $8 for bread and butter was nice but i am still surprised that a restaurant at this price level charges bread and butter. The appetizers are decent. beef decent, cauliflower decent. The cream puff with chocolate on top is nice. (bathroom is located a level down, with a dangerous sharp turn into stairs- i wonder if they ever had people fell off the stairs).

We booked a table a week ahead, but when arrived our table was not available and we were offered to wait 30 minutes or be served in the lounge area, which we preffered since it was already 9pm. Considering the restaurant is on the expensive side it did spoil the experience a little. Also the menu seems a bit limited.

Amazing experience of great food and ambience. There was a DJ right next to us so it was a bit loud but fun! Highly recommend this restaurant located inside Westin Hotel. Plentiful parking if you’re not staying at the hotel.

Waiter was incompetent, rude & disrespectful not only to us but to other staff. He spent time acting inappropriately by means of looking like he was complaining about customers and or staff members. Multiple times we thanked him as he did the various minimum job requirements however he did not respond or would act that we were an inconvenience or beneath him in some way. I used to be a waiter and I know how difficult people and the job can be so this is the first time in my entire life (I’m in my 50’s) that a didn’t leave a tip! First time ever! I usually leave 20% or more at minimum and even though I left 0% tonight to send a strong message, I am pretty sure this waiter will not receive it!

Second night in a row. Repeats the tuna crudo app, really good. The beef wellington was recommended and amazing.
