Bienvenue. Les Bubbles is a Parisian steakhouse on the corner of Wickham and Little Street in Fortitude Valley, forged in the very same building that housed the notorious illegal casino, bath-house and brothel at the centre of the Fitzgerald Inquiry. While the card decks and kerb servers are all but gone, the building’s colourful history remains pinned to every wall. Steak frites – known by many as the national dish of France – is the centrepiece of our menu. We sear the steak to your liking, before serving it with bread, salad, plenty of sauce and bottomless frites. Les Bubbles welcomes all, and as such, both vegetarian and pescatarian eaters will feel right at home. For any curious individuals, a change of scenery is available by wandering down a single flight of stairs. It’s there that you will find the Bath-House, featuring a full bar, banquet seating and a open-aired deck to enjoy a pre or post dinner cocktail!

    Celebrate Christmas Eve with the Les Bubbles team for the best steak experience in Brisbane. Starting with locally crafted warm sourdough and butter. Then indulge in a baked Camembert complimented by a cranberry sauce and a port wine reduction. Enjoy a soft mix green salad enhanced with goat cheese and walnuts, and the star of the night a Premium Wagyu scotch fillet with bacon, served with baby carrots and a mushroom sauce. Finish with our exclusive Christmas treat: a raspberry infused chocolate brownie. All for $89 per person. For the little ones, we offer a petit version of our Wagyu Beef with bacon, unlimited soft drinks/juices, and a raspberry infused chocolate brownie to finish their experience. For $49 per child, up to 12 years old.

    The food and service were both good. I'm not sure if was just the day we were there, but the air-conditioning didn't seem to work very well and it made it rather uncomfortable

    Anywhere that has only one menu option usually does it well. These guys are no exception. I have not yet made it to the bottom of bottomless fries. I will have to try again next time. Wait staff were attentive and let us loiter for much longer than our booking.

    The service and food was really great the only issue was how hot the restaurant was. There was no fan that could reach the customers nor was there aircon. We were sweltering trying to enjoy the beautiful meal.

    We had more people than we booked for and the staff were helpful and kind. The staff are attentive and served us at the right time. The food was great and everyone enjoyed the evening.

    We have been coming to Les Bubbles for years now and each visit does not disappoint. We had three friends with us that had never been before and they too had a great experience and will be coming back. Thank you for making our experience great as always.
