Located in Legacy Place in Dedham, MA, Liberty & MAIN is a classic American bistro featuring an interactive bar and seasonal outdoor patio. Locally owned and operated by restaurant veteran and former CEO & President of The Smith & Wollensky Group, Michael Feighery, our menu features only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients. We really enjoy the food. We invited friends from Newburyport to join us, and they loved it!! Great customer service!!

The food was great but service was super slow and we told her that we had a reservation for another event after we ate dinner . Super disappointing.

Excellent food and wonderful service. Highly recommend this spot for brunch and is certainly family friendly. Food was so yummy!

This was our first time dining at liberty and Main. we were there for our eight year anniversary and I wanted the night to be special so I had left instructions here on OpenTable, but for whatever reason they were not able to get the instructions and we were not seated where we wanted to be seated and the request for a bottle of Prosecco I had sent was not provided upon our arrival. After explaining this to our server Susan. She quickly looked into it and was extremely genuinely so apologetic and made the night amazing by making up for that little misunderstanding. As the same goes, “it’s the little things “The owners, Michael and Julie Feighery really care about their customers, and they truly care about their reputation and they made us feel like family. They are extremely kind and generous. Took care of us like if we were visiting their home and having dinner with them. Wow, what service and attention we got. The serving staff are top notch and they work with each other we had Susan, and she was exactly as kind and generous as the owners. The food was amazing. I’ve been wanting to come for a few years after seeing them previewed on Phantom gourmet. I don’t understand how people can write false information about such a great place with amazing owners and employees. We will definitely come back and bring a bigger crowd.

Given what you pay for the steak, I expected a much better cut. Paying for location I guess. Nothing wows you except for the bill.

My friend and I had an early reservation so it was quiet and comfortable. Great, informative waitress and our choices were delicious (hope they make the fish and chips a regular on the menu)

I made a quick reservation for 2 for lunch We were sat in a booth our waitress greeted us with water and asked if we’re on lunch hour or having a leisurely lunch. I appreciated that thinking if we need to go back to work in a quick fashion. My friend & I were on leisurely lunch so we took our time. The food and experience was top notch our waitress was keeping up with the water and our drinks to make sure both needed to be refilled Our app was the pork belly boa boo buns DELICIOUS! I had the tuna bowl & my girlfriend had harvest bowl both so tasty and unique. I will definitely come back here again!

5 stars! How did we not know about this place before? The place is clean, cosy and inviting with pleasant background music, the cocktails excellent and the food delicious. We had the shrimp and drunken mussels to start and for mains…the pork tenderloin, 2 New York sirloins and the blackened salmon. All were cooked perfectly and to our specifications. Our Server, Christine, was friendly and attentive, checking on us often. We were very impressed and left there full and happy! We will be back

I've been her for Dinner & Lunch a handful of times but had never tried the Brunch menu. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of options and then the actual presentation of the food. 10/10 would recommend L&M for Brunch!
