   There was a special menu you could order from on New Years , we had the prime rib with appetizers and deserts, greatly priced and food was excellent. We had a wonderful waitress she made our dining experience excellent.

   We dined at Liberty Bar and Grille inside Parx Casino on New Year’s Eve with a reservation for 6:15 PM for a group of six. Upon arrival, we had to wait 10-15 minutes to be seated, which we didn’t mind. However, it was apparent the restaurant was unprepared for the holiday crowd. Staff quickly announced that there was no host on duty, meaning everyone, including those with reservations, faced delays being seated. Once seated, our dining experience was mixed. While the food was generally good, there were notable service issues. One meal arrived with incorrect toppings, and two meals were served over five minutes after the others. To complicate matters, those two meals were missing their sides, which took an additional ten minutes to arrive. Despite these missteps, our waitress was friendly and accommodating, which helped ease the situation. On the positive side, the value was reasonable, and we enjoyed the flavors and portions of the meals. While this visit had its challenges, we plan to return on a non-holiday evening when the atmosphere is likely calmer.

   Great value on burger night, only $9.00 for burger and fries. The food came out hot and was amazing.

   The meatball sub was not as tasty as I had hoped. The shrimp appetizer was excellent. The beef barley soup has scant amount of barley.

   Our server was excellent. The food was delicious and came out hot! The only negative comment is the time to get your drinks and food. Not sure if they were short on personnel or just slow. It wasn't the servers fault, it just takes forever to get your drinks from the bar and your food served.

   I have gone there once a week since it opened and I am getting more and more dissatisfied. The drinks are ridiculously weak, they do not have enough people working the bar, tried to enjoy time at the casino and then get drinks, but two bartenders on a Saturday night is absolutely ridiculous. Also the price for a sliver of cheesecake is ridiculous. The music in the restaurant was so loud you could not carry on a conversation! So very disappointed!
