   The food was good! My husband ordered the Prime Rib. He ordered it Med. Rare. When it came out it was Med. There wasn't any gravy on the Mashed Potatoes either. I ordered the Cod (Fish and Chips) and it was good. The server didn't speak except to ask us what we wanted to eat.

   There was a special menu you could order from on New Years , we had the prime rib with appetizers and deserts, greatly priced and food was excellent. We had a wonderful waitress she made our dining experience excellent.

   We dined at Liberty Bar and Grille inside Parx Casino on New Year’s Eve with a reservation for 6:15 PM for a group of six. Upon arrival, we had to wait 10-15 minutes to be seated, which we didn’t mind. However, it was apparent the restaurant was unprepared for the holiday crowd. Staff quickly announced that there was no host on duty, meaning everyone, including those with reservations, faced delays being seated. Once seated, our dining experience was mixed. While the food was generally good, there were notable service issues. One meal arrived with incorrect toppings, and two meals were served over five minutes after the others. To complicate matters, those two meals were missing their sides, which took an additional ten minutes to arrive. Despite these missteps, our waitress was friendly and accommodating, which helped ease the situation. On the positive side, the value was reasonable, and we enjoyed the flavors and portions of the meals. While this visit had its challenges, we plan to return on a non-holiday evening when the atmosphere is likely calmer.

    The meatball sub was not as tasty as I had hoped. The shrimp appetizer was excellent. The beef barley soup has scant amount of barley.
