You don’t need a reservation for this. Place is packed though and loud as can be. Good luck finding a place to sit/relax.

Had reservations got told first come first serve. Very frustrating!! Thankfully a kind soul shared their table. Drinks and food were delicious. Cool vibe for Christmas but not up to par for a Reindeer alley stop.

This place has a really interesting history, but this time of year has a really fun holiday atmosphere. Great drinks and great service. We were most impressed by how surprisingly good the food was. The brisket nachos were delicious.

As always, a wonderful experience! Great ambiance, comfy seats, friendly service, and good drinks that are a great value for the price! We always enjoy coming here, hopefully there’s a Christmas pop-up bar experience!

The drinks were really fun, the atmosphere was really energetic. The DJ was great, the food was themed fun but it wasn’t very good. Our server was excellent.

There were no vegetarian options on the menu. The waitress was nice and brought us a menu from upstairs, but for a $35 table reservation all I had for dinner was chips and guacamole. Pretty disappointing altogether. Slow service, even though they were nice (it just wasn’t crowded so we didn’t get the long waits). It wasn’t awful but we won’t be back and won’t recommend it.

Attended the first night of the vampire blood Bank. Great concept, however, the space wasn’t decorated except for one dragon, and I suppose I was expecting that the whole place would literally look like a vampire lair, which is to me a big missed opportunity to get the full effect of the experience. Caskets? Bats? Webs? Especially when it cost to attend. The food was great, the specialty cocktails were OK. The DJ was awesome. I’d go back if they went all in on the theme.

Came for NYE, when we arrived we were told we wouldn’t get a table like we had reserved for over a month. The event that was described was not at all what we got. The sound system for the band was terrible, drinks were mediocre and the food was subpar. This was my first and probably last visit here after this experience.

It was New Year’s Eve so not a fair night to judge a place by. The bar is gorgeous and cool. Drinks are good. Service is slow and they should’ve had more bar tenders but we had a great time.
