   Food was absolutely amazing, cocktails on point too!!! and staff were super friendly. thanks for an amazing dinner once again!! We come here every time we are up in Port Douglas!!!

   I had a 50th progressive lunch and this was the first stop. We had two cocktails and both were lovely. We shared some vegetable and some duck spring rolls which were offered to us to assist my desire for finger share food. They were ok. Also ordered Edamame which I thought would be still in the skin but were all served in a bowl. Weren't as easy to eat as finger food as I had expected. Carlos was friendly and efficient and extremely helpful and patient when I wanted to pay with several gift cards.

   Having been to our favourite holiday location of Port Douglas we have eaten at many restaurants. Our last night we wanted something special, and the menu posted on the website drew us in. Booking was very easy, and we were greeted warmly and taken to our table which was on the veranda near the rear of the courthouse hotel. I had reservations about sitting there, but it wasn't an issue at all. Our waitress (a lovely Irish young woman) was very attentive and explained the menu well. The food choices from starters to main was absolutely delicious and great portion sizes too. I would highly recommend the Massaman Beef Curry, or the pork belly Bao buns. Like most restaurants items were on the higher side of price, but this was value for money and probably our now favourite restaurant. We will be back,

   Slow to take order/receive meals, had to ask for oyster forks, oysters didn’t taste fresh, bao buns were doughy, the highlight was the chowder, great flavour, but overall a disappointment

   A fantastic dining experience. We booked in for my birthday while on holidays and it was a great place to enjoy a birthday dinner. The staff were lovely, the food was outstanding and the vibe and atmosphere was beautiful. Enjoyed the entire dining experience.

   This meal was very disappointing. Staff were short, orders were confused. The “risotto” is absolutely not risotto, but some type of inspired curry dish. The steak was rare instead of medium, and the fish of the day was tough and inedible. The chicken had absolutely zero flavor and was served with 1 piece of broccolini. The glasses had lipstick marks, and when staff were told, they just put it back on the shelf and got a new one. We had such high hopes for this restaurant as we’d heard good things about it, but instead it was an expensive flop. Hopefully things can pick up for what on face value looks to be a beautiful restaurant.

    We have been to Lichi twice now, the food is absolutely delicious, the staff are very friendly & helpful, highly recommend popping in for lunch or dinner 10 out 10 👍👍👍👍👍
