The vine seemed great when we walked in. Food was very creative but only mediocre, and the price was pretty high for what it was.

The mango drink was absolutely fabulous. But the food was disappointing to me. If you pay a total of $50 per person, i’d expect amazing food. The pork was overcooked and tasted like charcoal. The duck rolls were ok, not a fan of the sauce. It’s way too pricy for what it is, i have been wanting to try Lily for a long time and don’t think i will come again.

Food was excellent. Portions are good for communal eating and sharing. Servers are pleasant, not pushy about drinks or dessert. Owner went round to ensure all guests are happy with food- he explains how to “wrap” gem lettuce leaf around really crisp shrimp if one is bothered by the crispness! And it is so so nice that they added 20 percent to the bill so that it gets distributed to all staff. No more tipping anxiety to ruin an evening. V civilized. The service level and the quality of the food is such that you won’t mind the 20 being added on upfront!

The best vietnamese cuisine and restaurant in SF. In West Coast. Actually, most of the U.S. as I have eaten at many vietnamese restaurants and joints.

Consistently delicious food! The Duck Noodle Soup was incredible! Excellent service and absolutely loved the owner/executive chef!
