Teddy Bouroncle, a self-proclaimed 'cocinero comilón', follows in the footsteps of his grandparents, combining unexpected quality ingredients to create explosive flavors inspired by his beloved home — Lima. Staying true to Peru’s culinary practice of fusing international cuisine with local ingredients, our dishes are made with locally grown herbs and greens, homemade sourdough, and fresh Catches of the Day. Toast with wines that take you on a journey around the world. Celebrate the island life with ice-cold local beers and sip creative cocktails made with authentic Peruvian liqueur. Enjoy our air-conditioned dining room or terrace where you can enjoy the stunning views of Oranjestad's marina at Harbour House.

Kids Policy: In order to accommodate guests who are seeking a quiet and relaxing night out, Lima Bistro does not accept reservations for parties accompanied by children under the age of 10 after 7 p.m. Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant or on the outside terrace.

    We are going to Lima for years and typically are always happy. Love the cocktails (although 17$ for a small one is a spicy price). Yesterday we were a bit let down. Although the scallops were amazing as always, the octopus was quite dry the pesto sauce ordinary. We further ordered the 2 ceviches on the menu which turned out to have the exact same ingredients except for the chips vs calamari on top. The fish the sauce, cilantro and sweet potato were the exact same. That was definitely a big surprise and not what we expected. We were going to have another drink but the waitress forgot about us and so we didn’t receive the menu until our dinner was long done. Hope to see you next year. For this year we may switch out second reservation unfortunately :(

    Lovely, upscale restaurant, liked most of the food that arrived very quickly. Nice space , great service, great drinks, pricey. Duck was not my favorite, the meat was hard and mashed potatoes were glue-like consistency which happens when the added liquid is cold, but maybe t was a chef’s twist. Overall a lovely experience, recommend!

    Once again , we were so pleased with our experience at this restaurant! Staff is outstanding, food is top notch and my martini was exceptional! Looking forward to going back soon with friends!

    We were very pleased with the chef’s creative and delicious Peruvian food creations throughout the entire menu. Our entire experience was very delightful including the spectacular staff of servers. The Ceviche was so flavorful and the Lamb shank fell off the bone and melted in your mouth. We highly recommend Lima Bistro!

    Incredible! So happy with this find after doing some research for places to eat in the Oranjestad/PalmBeach area. Service was phenomenal with the manager personally going to every table to say hi and thank everyone for being there. Honestly could not choose what to have for my meal and want to go back just to try more options. The market ceviche, mahi mahi and tuna steak were all a 10/10 with plentiful sides for a perfect meal. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Aruba!!

    Michelin quality service, food and atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. The restaurant is beautiful and the ceviche and lomo saltado are out of this world. Super tender steak with a complex sauce.
