   Exceptionally good food! Great flavours and amazing combinations on the plate. You can go to beach side restaurants and get average food, or you can go to Lima and get some of the most amazing flavours on the island. I pick Lima every time!

   Everything from start to finish was amazing. Service was outstanding as I have strict dietary issues and our waitress Jean went above and beyond to make sure I was able to enjoy my dinner without any issues. Our appetizers and dinner were the best we’ve had on the island. Highly recommend

   Our waitress Abby was so sweet & professional. The ambiance was nice overlooking the water & food was delicious. We are definitely going back.

   Last year, this was our favorite restaurant. This year, we were very disappointed. Our server was excellent, but all the food we got was ice cold— the Huacaina, and the Beef Anticucho were cold and tasted horrible. Last year, we loved the beef so much, we ordered 2! This year we had apps and decided to go straight to the French Toast dessert (which was amazing) because we didn’t want to risk spending money on an entree that was cold. We will give them another shot next year!

   Lima Bistro has quickly become our go-to restaurant when we’re in Aruba. From the moment you arrive until you leave the ambiance, food and service are all top notch. To start, we had the Scallop, shoyu butter, chips, chives and the Beef anticucho, potato, panka chili sauce. Flavor was off the chart! For Vegetable we had Grilled cauliflower al pastor, salsa verde, pineapple, chipotle. The cauliflower had a wonderful char and was perfectly balanced with the rest of the plate. For dinner, I had the Porkchop cowboy style, mushrooms, mashed potato, burnt onion, herb oil. My husband had the Flank steak, anticucho sauce, romaine, black garlic Caesar, crispy onion, burned onion powder. Portions were plentiful and exquisitely prepared and presented. We were so full after our meal but couldn’t skip out on dessert which was French Toast, condensed milk, honey, wild berries, vanilla ice cream. A sweet and tasty end to our meal. Cocktails expertly crafted and very refreshing. Last but certainly not least our server, Jean, was WONDERFUL! Helpful with the menu and couldn’t have been sweeter. We will 100% return (again) next time we are in Aruba.

    There is not a better meal in Aruba!! It’s so delicious , fresh, and something new and exciting everytime you go!!
