Pedimos 2 ceviches mixtos, unos deditos de pescado y un pescado a la mantequilla. Los ceviches llegaron rápidamente y unos quince minutos después los dedos de pescado y al último el pescado pero media hora después. Me parece que debieron llevar los cuatro platos al mismo tiempo.

Un peruano genérico. Un lugar agradable y muy buena atención. Pero el sabor mediocre y el pescado del ceviche incomible. Poca frescura. Y poca respuesta al comentario

Lima 700 has a beautiful setting, especially the balcony atmosphere, which offers a lovely vibe for an evening out. However, the food fell short of expectations, especially for those familiar with authentic Peruvian cuisine. It was surprising that a Peruvian restaurant didn’t offer quinoa, a staple ingredient that embodies the essence of Peruvian flavors. The dishes themselves lacked the freshness and authenticity I had hoped for, with some flavors leaning more toward a fusion of Chinese cuisine with a Peruvian twist rather than true Peruvian fare. There’s definitely room for improvement, and with such a charming location, Lima 700 has the potential to truly shine by embracing the rich, vibrant flavors that define Peruvian gastronomy. I hope they take the opportunity to refine their menu to deliver a more authentic experience in the future.

¡Excelente comida peruana! Original y contemporánea. Servicio genial, nuestra mesera Viviana súper amable y explicándonos siempre lo que estábamos comiendo. El lugar muy bonito, aunque, personalmente me gustaba más su ubicación anterior en la calle de Tonalá. Una gran experiencia gastronómica en la Roma.

Desde hace varias décadas conocemos este restaurante. Hemos celebrado hasta cumpleaños, siempre con la atención y cortesía de un excelente lugar. Ahora en esta nueva etapa en un espacio muy bien seleccionado, en el anterior edificio fueron reduciendose los espacios del Lima 700, recupera hoy su espacio pero en otro lugar, por cierto no tan lejos de la calle Tonalá. Gracias por las atenciones
