   I have been to Limani at the Seaport - and love their menu and vibe. First time at the Chestnut Hill location and it didn't disappoint. Great service---food was absolutely delicious. The octopus was out of the world....so tender. We ended up getting a second order!

   We had a lovely experience at Limani. There are few restaurants these days where you can have a quiet conversation with friends over delicious food. The ambiance was terrific. We were seated at a spacious round table that made it easy to hear each other. We had oysters as an appetizer as well as their mushrooms. Both were great to share over cocktails. Two of us had the grilled lamb, one of us had the lobster with linguini, and the final diner had the dorado fish. All were cooked perfectly. We shared one dessert. While the restaurant is a bit pricey, it is well worth it for the quiet and beautiful atmosphere and wonderful food. I recommend it highly!

   The experience was very disappointing. The appetizers were good. But the main dish was terrible . Lamb chops came over cooked and after was sent back came back bland with lots of fat. No effort was done to trim the fat. The fish tested non fresh. When Wu told or server he argued with is that this is the best fish they have. Oh well…I guess we are not coming back again b

   I had received a gift card and had never been. I invited my 3 friends to join me and we had a fabulous time. The food served was excellent. and our waiter was wonderful. The restaurant is beautiful and it makes one feel very special to be there. A real treat. Will definitely return.

   The dining experience at Limani was exceptional, characterized by delightful cuisine. The restaurant quickly became bustling, resulting in a lively atmosphere. Despite the noise, the servers managed to create a seamless experience for us. Although we had requested a larger table, the high volume of patrons meant they could not accommodate this wish. While small round tables have their charm, they felt somewhat cramped for all our appetizers. We decided to start with the halloumi and grilled tomato appetizer, which was accompanied by an impressive selection of four spreads: tzatziki, a unique hummus infused with potato, another hummus blended with olives, and a delightful red pepper spread mixed with feta. The filet mignon kebabs were particularly enjoyable, cooked to perfection. Our serving staff included a fill-in server who was exceptionally attentive, running around to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. As a thoughtful gesture, we were offered a complimentary dessert, as well as an extra one to take home due to a mix-up concerning a nut allergy. Overall, the service was professional, the food was delicious, and the ambiance was pleasant.

   Terrible service, long waits, led to a disappointing lunch with guests, though the restaurant wasn't at all crowded.

   We have eaten here before and were disappointed with our meal this time around. We had the ceviche to start, and it was mostly comprised of cucumber and gigante beans, with only a couple of morsels of fish, and ceviche is supposed to be a fish appetizer. If I wanted a cucumber and bean salad, I would have ordered that. But we ordered ceviche, a fish appetizer. We also had the octopus starter, and there was more onion than octopus - a disappointment given the price point. The octopus was delicious, but that should be the focal point - not the onions. Our tomato salad was primarily comprised of onions and green pepper, with only some sliced tomatoes &cucumber and very little feta. This used to be a standout dish, but no longer. Their loup de mer, also a specialty for this restaurant was very small, and too many bones left in during the de-boning process, so we found it to be more work than it was worth. All in all, a disappointing meal for the two of us out to celebrate a day-old Valentine’s meal, given out past experience. Management needs to re-evaluate their kitchen priorities vs. guest experience, as it seemed to us that the restaurant has focused on cutting corners for better profits.
