Is there anything better than good food? According to Luis, there is not. That is why you will always find him in the dining room or on the terrace of our LUIS Eatery. Join us for a light snack or a proper meal – your wish is our command. Choosing is easy, as our menu boasts a small but select list of traditional South Tyrolean and Val Gardena dishes, while also including more modern, international options. Whatever your choice, it will be delicious – Luis’ word of honour. Of course, each meal is paired with a good glass of wine. Leave it to us, and we will recommend the right champagne and prosecco, refined wines, cocktails, and spirits all served with aplomb. It will be difficult to resist, especially when Luis is doing the rounds, infusing everyone with good cheer and proposing toasts to your health. Cheers!

Excellent service, extensive wine list with a very good representation of local regional wines. Great food: well prepared and served in a timely fashion.

What an amazing way to celebrate Christmas. Compliments to the chef who designed a spectacular meal for the senses, and went above and beyond by accommodating food allergies for two in our group. Thank you Luis Eatery!

Awesome place in Val Gardena. Great bar and hotel! Food was very delectable. Three courses and two drinks each and it was 200 Euro.

Dog friendly with very attentive staff. They even brought our puppy a bowl full of water. Food tasted excellent. The atmosphere was relaxing and accommodated a one to one conversation. Only part that was less than outstanding was that we had to find staff to pay our bill. We will definitely be back and recommend to friends.
