Ubicado en el Piso 56 de Chapultepec uno. Un rascacielos de 60 Pisos a unos pasos del ángel de la independencia y de la Diana.

    Good quality and presentation was phenomenal. The drinks (specifically Una dama para recordar) was so good! The only reason I gave it a 4 on ambiance was because the AC must have not been on. It felt a bit stuffy.

    Ling Ling was the perfect choice to celebrate my sister's birthday, drawn in by its stellar reputation on TikTok and Local from Mexico City. Upon arrival, we were thrilled to discover it was situated on the top floor of the Ritz Carlton, boasting an opulent interior and exceptional service. We secured a window seat, which offered a stunning panorama of Mexico City. The beverage selection was impressive, with the sangria and Mezcal cocktail 'Naked and Drunk' being particularly noteworthy. We shared a variety of dishes, including standout options like the crab dumplings, torched salmon roll, and dragon roll. While the miso-glazed cod and wok veggies impressed, the Thai fried rice and Kung Pao chicken were somewhat disappointing. Nevertheless, Ling Ling proved to be an outstanding choice, and we would be open to our next visit to explore more of the menu and revel in the restaurant's dynamic ambiance.
