                                                                                                                    Food was acidic for some dishes like the gastrique for the dates, lobster was overcooked and the rice was undercooked. I may have a stronger opinion due to living with other cooks, but the menu has some great concepts. They’re just missing the foundation of flavor balance and correctly cooking some proteins and carbs.

                                                                                                                    What a cool restaurant! Loved the open concept kitchen. Ambiance was great with warm lighting, welcoming atmosphere, bustling but not too loud, and incredible design with a unique eclectic flare. We were a bit disappointed at first as our reservation was pushed back a few minutes due to some larger parties still wrapping up their service BUT if we hadn’t had an extra 10 minutes, we wouldn’t have had the opportunity to check out their super cool rooftop! Loved all the photo ops, the Bus themed mini bar with appetizers and I definitely want to come back to use their cool igloo seats for the holidays! Jillian was our server and she was so sweet and had great recommendations. From our drinks to food, everything was fast and extremely delicious. Can’t wait to come back for more :)

                                                                                                                    Really enjoyed our evening at Linger - haven’t been in forever. The bartender upstairs was so helpful, knowledgeable and fun to chat with while we waited for our table. We tried multiple dishes which were all amazing and had such varying and complex flavors. The waitstaff was great - perfect combo of attentive but never overbearing. Overall ambience and decor is exotic and creative. Would definitely come back!

We ordered a number of dishes and had them family style so everyone could try everything which was great…no dish disappointed. We also appreciated that the music was at a level where it added ambience but didn’t hinder conversation by being too loud. Service was prompt and attentive, and the dishes came out as they were ready instead of all at once so that we always had a hot dish ready to try. This will definitely be the place I bring out-of-towners to when they visit, as well as our family’s go to.

                                                                                                                    I recently hosted my friend’s birthday dinner here and the staff were exceptional. They worked with us when we needed to add extra members to our party, and even made special arrangements with the kitchen to make sure that we were satisfied. The delicious food and drinks were also the perfect cherry on top. We can’t wait to go back!
