   Cute cafe with amazing coffee. We’re locals but felt like we were on vacation. Almond croissant is a must.

   It’s a cute place and the people are nice. Server was good, as was the Hostess. However, we found the food to be really bland. Escargots were just ok. Didn’t taste like much. We were really looking forward to some delicious onion soup but were very disappointed. The broth tasted like water with some color added and very little onion. The large piece of bread in the soup wasn’t very tasty. Cheese was ok. My roast chicken was nice but the the very small amount of potatoe puree tasted like baby food and there was only a plum like sauce. No other vegetable or side so not much going on. The beef dip sandwich was not great. The meat was dried out as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for days. We have been here before a few times but sadly this will be our last.

   Excellent food and service from all the staff and especially Olivia. Great values on the happy hour menu. The featured champagne, RH Coutier, Grand Cru Ambonay, Champagne was outstanding and definitely worth the modest price. We started with the Burgundy escargot which were large, delicious and especially flavorful as was the onion soup gratinee.  Next we had a half Frenchie dip in which the beef was very tender and flavorful and enhanced by the au jus, but the baguette is definitely the star of this sandwich. Finally, we ended with the crème brûlée- perfectly prepared and an excellent end to our meal. Love the table side coat stands and the notebook with the cheque- an unexpected and surprising touch. When I’m on Coronado Island again this is definitely a repeat.

   French onion soup , escargot , baguette , hot chocolate excellent. Burger just ok , steak tough . Service excellent but food too expensive for what it was. For three our meal was 360$ . ( and we had no alcohol )

    the host did an amazing job of seating us in our own area of the restaurant so that we had a more private quiet brunch. The ambience was very French styling, felt like we were back in Paris. The wait staff was attentive yet not pushy the food arrived fairly quickly and was superb!

   Such a fun spot on Coronado! The whole vibe is great, food was delicious and the service was awesome! You have to get the hot chocolate dessert-unreal!
