   What a treat! Start with the service and ambiance: elegant, personal, kind, interested in our experience. Choices were unique, beautifully presented and out of this world tasty. Dumplings (chicken and shiitake) were perfect for me, as was the salmon. My husband had the tofu and black rice/black beans. Incredible seasonings/sauces/broths/sides. The highlight, believe it or not, was the pecan torte at the end. Insane. And Vietnamese coffee, of course. Wine and beer options are great too. If you like seafood, pork, beef… I’m sure it’s awesome, I just don’t eat it! On that level it was limited (ie, pectarian/vegetarian) but it was totally worth it. XO

   That was my third visit, and the wait staff was amazing; they were very polite and very accommodating. We shared the papaya salad, the chicken wings, and the sticky rice. The salad was great, on the saltier side, but it was fresh, crunchy, and mostly pleasant. Then came the entrees. The chicken wings were very large, and the coating was a lighter blonde color. It was well-seasoned but only just cooked through; it still has a hint of pink in the meat. It could stay in the frier for another 2 - 3 minutes. I guess I didn't know what I was expecting; the sticky rice was cubed and fried, therefore crunchy, and with some braised pork, dried pork floss, a bunch of "ingredients," and a fried egg on top. It was unexpected, and I was confused, therefore, not 100% satisfied. And all dishes were on the saltier side. 5-star service and 4-star food.

   The food was amazing. It was very busy on the night that we went, but the staff was super friendly and they were working very hard and were apologetic for any delays. They did a great job overall.

   Let me start by saying that the food was excellent… The problem began when we were not told that our gift cards would not be accepted until we were already dining… And this is the second time that our gift cards are not being accepted… Big downer… The service was also great however, the very large party seated next to us also felt the need to be very loud talking and laughing, and even our server was questioning the volume. Supposedly they talked to their server, but it still seemed like a big sorority fraternity party… Too loud take it outside definitely plan on returning and just checking out the seating situation before we sit down. It was our anniversary so I guess we wanted something a little more cozy, but it was still very nice time spent

   The food was delicious as usual and our server was amazing and on top of things. The huge downside was the issue of their system of using gift cards was down. We could not use our gift cards which was a big deal as we were hoping to use it. Our bill was over $200 and for some reason, our gift cards were not being accepted. They said they had issues with the gift cards even issuing them but this was a pain. We paid using our credit card but embarrassing for our out of town guests. In addition to waiting forever while they tried to figure out the system and the gift cards not being able to go through, there was no complimentary dessert or apologies for the inconvenience. Again, our server was awesome but this is on the manager.

   Great food. Had an early dinner so the noise level was minimal. Fantastic options for the carnivore diet.

    Sea bass was on par. The wait staff wasn’t too attentive. Had to ask for water refllls twice. Overall nice decor and tasty dinner
