East-Meets-West dishes that inspire and evoke a feeling of being welcomed into Chef Vuong's home. Little Sister's menu showcases Chef Tin's take on one of the more interesting and rich collisions of food and culture that was borne out of the European colonization of Southeast Asia.

Dishes blend and balance the spices and flavors of Southeast Asia with French techniques and Dutch and British colonial influences. The menu is continually and progressively evolving, reflecting inspiration and the seasons. Chef Tin curates the restaurant's wine and beverage program with a focus on intriguing labels, both domestically and from around the world.

Lovely atmosphere with good service. Food was mediocre. Not authentic Vietnamese seems to have a bit of identity crisis. Prices high even for Spectrum/Orange County. Will not go back or recommend.

It seems they have a new menu, which was not as descriptive of the dishes. We’ve really loved eating there in the past, but this time it seemed like some of the dishes we tried or just not as good as they used to be.

Love the food but a minor beef. seems at every restaurant they have runners that drop off the food which is fine if done properly. However last night the runner would drop off the food then beat it fast before I can ask for something. If the waiter doesn’t come by the table soon you could sit there a long time before the problem is corrected. Other than that I love the place.

Food was fantastic and very unique. Service was incredible. The only very small complaint I have is that the music was a bit loud like dubstep and not relaxing.

Food is always great. Our waiter was not very good. Did not come around and forgot items ordered, not very knowledgeable of menu.

My sister and I went for lunch. Everything we ordered was delicious! We had the shrimp and pork spring rolls, chicken and shiitake dumplings and the Vietnamese chicken salad. The spring rolls were nice & fresh with a tasty dipping sauce. The dumplings were served with a variety of mushrooms and the salad had nice chunks of chicken. The only criticism was that we asked for the dishes to come one at a time which our server said was no problem. The dishes pretty much came out the same time. It really was not a big deal. Great restaurant.
