When I made the reservation, I noted that I wanted to use the Breakfast Buy One Get One Free promotion. However, I did not receive any reminders or notifications that the promotion had ended. It seems that no one was checking the remarks for each booking, or the message I left was simply overlooked. Additionally, when I informed the staff that I had clicked the link on the Instagram story promoting the Breakfast Buy One Get One Free offer, I was told that the link only directed me to the booking system and was not related to the promotion. I felt disappointed because I believed that if the promotion had ended, the link in that specific story should have been deactivated.

Had lunch at little sparrow kitchen today and had the most outstanding service ever thank you Alec… Alec recommended the club sandwich which had chicken… turkey… egg salad…bacon and Swiss cheese.. and it was simply mouth watering and delicious and it got even better it came with fries!!!! service… food… atmosphere was amazing could not have asked for a better dining experience… hats off to the chef and to our waiter Alec who is simply the best!!!!🙏💛🖤… Highly recommend little sparrow kitchen!!!! ❤️..

We celebrated a family reunion at Little Sparrow, Emporium. The food was mouth-wavering, flavoursome and extremely enjoyable. We'll return without any doubt whenever we visit Melbourne for some shopping experience.

The dishes were full of flavours, and portion size was generous. Only feedback would be that if the bread served were toasted, it would have been even better. Also, the pork belly probably wasn’t female pork and therefore has some smell, but luckily the seasonings helped to cover that smell a bit. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Good food quality and service. Steak a bit undercook at beginning and they quickly fix the issue , when they re-cook it it was really good.I definitely will be back again,

The coffee was amazing and the place looks lovely situated in one of the best malls- Emporium. The food was okay, very little portion for a high price. Smashed avocado with goat’s cheese is just on one piece of toast for $23, adding an egg was total $27- which was not even enough for one person’s breakfast. Tiramisu french toast was tasty as the toast was crispy and well cooked but the dish was filled with cocoa sauce and very little fruits. The craft of the food could be better and overall, it was not worth it. The best part was extra hot coffee exactly how I wanted.

We took advantage of the grand opening offer (buy one get one meal free). Initial service was great given they've just opened and were busy. The food was amazing, small portion but just right for a late lunch. The final interaction when paying for our bill was the bit that was very off putting and uncalled for. The woman with long hair that processed the payment passed on a sarcastic comment along the lines of "you're already getting a free meal, we've got to make money somehow" - totally inappropriate as I was just asking if the loyalty card was accepted. She could have just said no sorry. That ended my experience feeling very unwelcomed and most likely wouldn't go back to this particular venue if I spotted her from outside. You work in hospitality but can't be hospitable, then shouldn't be there!!

Their grand opening offer was a great opportunity for us to try them out for the first time. We had the duck, kale and potatoes, and the lobster sando and fries which were both nice! Was a bit of a wait but considering they just opened, it was understandable :)
