We look forward to welcoming you at Little Thistle Brewing Co. We are a family-owned, local craft brewery and taproom located in Rochester with an emphasis on high-quality craft beer from approachable, easy-drinking beer to beers that are unique and experimental. A little something for everyone.

Housed in a converted truck loading dock our brewery and taproom sit on nearly 2 acres with a large outdoor space and plenty of parking. Check out our events, food truck offerings, and musings on Facebook and Instagram.

No Minors until further notice are allowed. (sorry!)

This was our first time visiting Little Thistle. It was a good atmosphere, the beer was tasty, and the staff were friendly. The only thing that was very disappointing was the way they handled reservations. As recommended on their social media pages shortly after outdoor dining was reopened, we made reservations for 6/27. When we arrived, they said they were no longer honoring reservations. No explanation given except "that didn't work out." I had just received a confirmation email for my reservation as well as text asking me to confirm we were showing up the day before. If they were discontinuing reservations, customers who had reservations in the books should have been contacted and made aware of this change. It was very unprofessional. They dropped the ball in a big way with this and left a bad taste in our mouths.

Great beer. Rotating food trucks. Watch their website for food options. Ate twisted barrel pizza and it was fabulous.

Brought our dog to the patio. The staff were friendly and told us all the rules before being seated. The staff ensured every table and chair was cleaned between guests.

Little Thistle consistently cranks our some of the best beer in the city. In the summertime, they’re new beer garden space is the coolest outdoor space to grab a beer!
