   Be careful the stairs to get in and out are super sketchy and at a weird angle. Delicious food wow was that seafood tower tasty. Did not like truffle fries very much as the sauce that came with it was not good and fries tasted meh Calamari was very good but the sauce was awful. Service was truly atrocious. When our server showed she said hey and just stood there waiting for our reaction. No “hello welcome to lobster burger bar have you been here before may I recommend…” Got our seafood tower and waited like 5 min for the sauces to come out and had to remind our server. Had to stop a server to get refills on drinks 3 times. Never did they refill the empty drink at the edge of the table. I always had to ask. This server did not come and ask how was the meal was until we had completely finished this enormous seafood tower it was like 45 minutes later that they came to ask how was the seafood tower and when we said OK she just left without taking our order for main course, and we had to flag her back down again to take our order for the mains. Then no check in on how our mains was. Had to flag server again to get ketchup because the truffle fries had an unpleasant dip. I will return here because the food was good and I really really really want to try a lobster burger but I promise you if I get horrible service there again I will never ever return and the best part is I had like six or seven different people I told about this place at work and they were all excited to hear about how my experience was going to be because the idea of a lobster burger sounds amazing so yeah I’m gonna have to go back and let everyone know how awful the service was and they should think twice about going there to have dinner. Just super disappointed. Manager was informed our server had left us MIA when I first asked to get a refill and he did not intervene to get her to give good service and he did not come to apologize or try to rectify anything. Really poor management

   The Staff are such a joy to interact with. Service tips are meant for staff who provide exceptional service. The LBB group meets those standards. The food and is the cherry on the top of the Mint Ice Cream. Sincerely James Moon

   I love lobster, and this a great place to have some before a shore or the TSO. Quiet so you can talk. Lobster rolls are delicious. Nice ambience.

   We stopped in after the Taylor Swift concert and were so relieved the kitchen was still open. The drink options were great, especially the ones for the eras tour. The food was really really good and would definitely go back if ever in town again! :)

   There are a lot of good reviews so this might have been their "off night". The food was bad: shreds of lobster in the lobster roll not even one piece. FYI, claw, arm, and knuckle meat is traditionally used in lobster rolls not tiny shredded pieces. You can use those in the lobster bisque, which did not remotely taste like lobster bisque should. It was a lukewarm, powdery gravy taste like substance. Oysters were off and the manager did not know what cocktail sauce was. Actually, the bread was good but 30 C$ for a bun is a lot. The waitress ignored us all night and we watched her serving 2 other tables. Manager pushed for feedback just to follow up with "why" to everything we said. We did not want any accommodation and made it clear we would not be returning. He removed the bisque and oysters and we also declined desert.

   Food was excellent. Steak perfectly cooked. Lobster chowder was awesome. Would definitely come back.

   I went here before a show. Got seated right away. Waited about 10 minutes before someone even came to ask what we wanted to drink. There seems to be miscommunication among staff as we were given 2 glasses each of water. We ordered our food which came out relatively quickly. I ordered lobster bisque and oysters. My daughter ordered the kids hamburger. Oysters were delicious. My bisques came lukewarm. Sent it back. A new soup was brought, but no spoon. I asked for one, but it never came. By the time the waitress came back, the bisque was cold. Sent this one back and finally got it hot. My daughter’s kids meal was supposed to come with a drink and ice cream. No drink was even offered and her ice cream came when I was paying. All in all, I would not recommend spending your hard earned money here. No compensation was even offered. Just a meek “sorry”.
