   My husband and I celebrated our 19th wedding anniversary at Loch Bar, making a reservation for 7:00 PM. Upon arrival, we were informed that we would need to wait for our table and were invited to the bar if we wanted to have a drink. We decided to order a couple of drinks, which was fine. The bartender asked for my husband's name to start the tab. After about an hour, our table was finally ready. As we made our way there, the bartender hurried over, seemingly worried that we were trying to skip out on the bill, which felt a bit embarrassing but we brushed it off. I inquired if we could simply add our bar tab to our table bill, but he responded curtly, shoving the tab into my husband’s hand. This left a sour impression, but we tried to make the best of the situation. We then had to wait another 10-12 minutes for them to clean the table, standing awkwardly in the meantime. I took a moment to reflect on the experience. As regular patrons of fine dining establishments, my husband and I have certain expectations regarding service, food quality, and ambiance. Unfortunately, I felt that the pricing did not align with the overall experience we received. It's unlikely that we will return.

   All was ok. Friday night and Valentine’s Day after Super Bowl parade so expectations were lower. Food and drinks were all good but everything else very average.

   We had a great meal, met friends during the parade and had excellent service great burger, and fries! Highly recommend the vibe here

   What can I say? I made these reservations for the Eagles Super Bowl parade. We couldn’t even get to Broad Street because of the crowd, but an employee looked at my reservation, and let us in the back door. Service was spectacular and warm. Every employee looked glad to be there amongst the cheerful madness. Food was top notch. My table was as described. They put on a show & delivered.

   Enjoyed the ambiance, especially around the raw bar. Surprisingly, they had a great 2 course lunch prefix for only $25. Great selection of choices. Thoroughly enjoyed the tuna poke bowl and shrimp roll with a side of Brussels Sprouts. Service was very good! I'd definitely go back again!

   Taste-wise food was good. We had told the server we were planning on sharing everything but had to ask for share plates at both courses. The particular table we were sitting at also made this difficult just because the table itself was small and the plates were on the larger side. Something the server could have directed us about. Skillet Blondie was great

   I have and amazing time whenever I go to Loch Bar. Our waiter David was amazing! The food is was delicious as well as the drinks!

   My wife and I have eaten here a number of times. The food has always been superb. Last night we had another enjoyable meal. Onion soup was available for the first time. I had to have it because of my love for it. I must say that it was very tasty and had a taste that I need to have again because of its freshness and appeal. The melted cheese was also tasty. The croutons and broth were done well. I think that with a few minor tweaks the onion soup will become a restaurant favorite. I would suggest putting the soup in a somewhat larger crock to enable the broth to expand. I would top off the soup with a french fried onion ring instead of showering it with loads of crispy onion sticks. We are looking forward to returning. A shoutout of thanks to Quincy the chef. Jerome the manager and Adrian our server. The entire staff is wonderful.
