   Sadly I have to say our experience was not good, we have been here before and enjoyed it, however last night was not good. Our waiter was not good never came back to refill water, 2 of our orders were wrong, and just simple one was a kids pasta with butter it came with sauce, the other was a dish request for very light sauce came with a lot of sauce. We waited in between salad and dinner a very long time. Then they added a 20% tip because they said we had special request. Which both came out wrong. I requested outside seating and at first they said we couldn’t sit outside but we did, they asked if it was an occasion I said it was a birthday but they never acknowledged or asked. Hopefully it was just a bad night.

   The Pizza ( pepperoni ) was delicious along with the Calamari as our appetizer. The Caesar salad was just average !

   I should’ve known better than to eat at any restaurant on Fifth for Valentine’s Day. Very noisy. Food not up to previous visit. Waitress seemed to want us to leave. Brought the check without asking if we wanted coffee and dessert. We did.

   We sat inside, the music was too loud to be able to have a conversation. The wait staff were not very attentive and handed us our check without asking if we wanted dessert. We felt rushed to eat and leave. The food was good.

   Very nice dinner for 3 on Valentine’s Day. Calamari and brochetta were excellent. Veal and rigatoni dinners pleased the diners.

   No doubt it was busy last night on VD. They may have been short staffed. Very courteous. Food was average (compared to the 20+ restaurants we ate at in the Naples downtown area). Simply average.

   I had a 530 reservation for four people, but two had to cancel and I notified them the day before. We arrived and the hostess did not remember that I let them know that there was only a party of two, but I asked if we can still have The table for four she said oh no I cannot give you a table for four. The couple that was ahead of us a reservation for 30 minutes that explained that they she sat them at a table for four and there was only two of them. The two people that were behind us she sat them at a table for four and made us wait until a party of two left and sat there. We waited never got greeted until about 15 minutes. Never got any ice water no bread I had to ask for someone to bring it. The couple of next to us were complaining that they sat for 40 minutes waiting to get their check. Our waiter finally came took our drink order. Came back to take our dinner order which we ordered a salad and a entrée. he asked if we wanted our salads first and then our meal which is pretty standard. We said yes, salad first and then our meal. Next thing we know everything came out all at once. The hostess could see that we were not very happy and asked if we wanted them to take it back and we told them no. Not a very great experience the hostess that sad us was very rude. We will not be back.

    It took what seemed like forever for a server to appear. He took our drink and appetizer order. We got the Burrata Prosciutto which was very good and the sausage broccoli bruchetta which was not good. I guess I expected it to have the diced tomato and crumbled sausage on it but it only had mozzarella, broccoli and sliced sausage. The waiter never came back to take our dinner order. We had to track him down and ask if he could take our dinner order. I got chicken marsala and asked to sub pasta for the mashed potatoes and I asked for extra marsala sauce as I did not want it to be dry. The meal came out with the pasta but dry, no extra marsala sauce. I tracked down the waiter and asked for more sauce. He brought some kind of white sauce. I said that is not marsala sauce. The manager came over and told him the same thing and told him to go get marsala sauce, he came back about 5 minutes later with the correct sauce. The meal was good but cold by this time. My husband got the hawaiian pizza which was good. The music was too loud in the restaurant and we could not talk over it. The waiter never asked if we wanted dessert. He simply brought the bill.
