   Terrible service at this location. We waited 20 minutes and no server came and it wasn't that busy. Unlikely to return

   All good with minor issues, the service took long for us to receive our drinks then at the end of our dinner then the deserts took awhile to come out. We we're there for over 2hrs by the time we finished our meal which included desert. It was pretty busy there so that's probably why it took longer than usual for us to receive our drinks and desserts.

   We were a little concerned walking in as we saw at least three very large groups still waiting for their orders still. As it turns out, our waitress was very attentive and our food came quickly. It was delicious!

   The service was amazing!!! We were a large group and the servers were very friendly and engaging with everyone. They provided efficient service and really make it a positive experience for our group. The food was great too. Some items were a little expensive but it tasted good and we had some leftover to take home.

   We made a reservation in the lounge. The hostess sat walk ins before us in the lounge and then when it came to us she said “oh sorry we overbooked the lounge “! Not true!! She didn’t bother looking at reservations and we lost out!! Why bother making reservations. Put a damper on the night!!!

   Overall good was disappointing. We had the 2 can done with sirloins and they were not very flavourful. I asked for some salt but it didn’t make it much better. My wife ordered the fajitas and she said the chicken lacked any seasoning.. On the plus side the queso and chips were good. But entries were disappointing

   This was the worst service and food I have ever had while dining out. It took a very long time for waitress to come to our table to greet us and get menus and an even longer time to get our soft drinks. The food was very poorly put together and was not good. I have eaten at lone star many time and the food has been way better than today. Quite disappointing.

    The food was great, except for the baskets of tiny, broken chips … we ordered a second basket hoping for better chips but again after the few big pieces on top we were left with crumbs! But the worst thing was the service! We finished eating around 6:50pm and at 7:39 our server had still not been by, we had to flag down another worker to find our server! She gave us a quick apology and asked if we wanted our bill. Umm yes, obviously we were way past done and ready to go. Very disappointed we didn’t get the birthday celebration we came for - no big hat or servers came by to sing for my daughter’s birthday! I guess when our server, Clementine, forgot to come back for us she forgot about the birthday celebration too. Our party of 7 drove all the way from Harriston for this special evening and it was a bust :(
