    Our server was excellent at the beginning and then I think he forgot about us. Food arrived 1 hour and 20 min after sitting down. It was cold. Manager comped dessert. Will never return It’s just one lone star - name suits

    Our server coyote was PHENOMENAL ‼️‼️‼️ Thank you for everything, we were the group of five in the middle talking about pauly d 🤣🤣 Food amazing, the floor is guava AMAZE BALLS ✨✨✨

    The waiter, Trapper, was really friendly and efficient. The kitchen staff messed up two orders. Trapper offered to replace. This resulted in one persons meal being late. Other than that, the food and drinks were very good.

    Not great food quality or value. All of our meals were sub par and came to the table lukewarm. Service was not up to previous experiences at lonestar. Not impressed

    Very poor service. We sat at 6 with 3 kids in our party and it took almost an hour just to get our food order in. Every party of the service was terrible and incredibly slow. The food overall was decent but I would never waste 2+hrs of my life like that again.

    The food was mostly good, but the chips were so salty that we had to send them back and request more. The restaurant was quite busy for a Thursday, but they kept up. Just a personal preference thing, but I wasn’t crazy about the buffalo chicken fajitas. I’ll just stick with the grilled chicken next time. We celebrated a milestone birthday and a number of the servers gave an enthusiastic HBD performance and some free ice cream for the celebrant, which was greatly appreciated. I worked at Lone Star 30 years ago and really enjoyed my time there. It was good to see they’ve been able to maintain the same level of service and energy they’ve always had.

    Excellent server made our occasion of our 33rd Anniversary more than special . “Rabbit” was amazingly funny but professional , attentive but not annoying , knowledgeable but Not a know it all Lovely experience will be back soon

    I can’t say enough about the level of service our server provided us. I didn’t get her name but she was amazing. Because I had gift cards and a credit card I wanted to make sure she was tipped on the balance before the gift cards. I don’t remember how the conversation went but she was so humble about the tip, it was almost like she didn’t want to inconvenience me with a tip. I said oh no, I have to tip you 20% and she was genuinely appreciative of it. It doesn’t happen as much as it used to, as now it’s expected (and yes servers deserve tips, but it is a bit exhausting that it’s everywhere and some expect 20% or more).
