   We had a delicious dinner. The waitress came to take our order quickly, we asked for more time. She returned shortly afterwards and we ordered. The food was better than expected. I had the fajita bowl and my friend had the enchilada and we both loved our meals. The waitress returned to remove our plates. I was surprised how quickly she gave us our bill and we paid at the same time. Efficient but felt like they were waiting for our table which they weren’t. This was on a Wednesday and the restaurant was busy but not full. We left once we paid our bill, earlier than we had planned. I will return the food was great!

   We booked for a party of 20 for a birthday. The staff were exceptional. Very friendly and upbeat! I was impressed that I could bring a cake! Food service was prompt and efficient and any deficiencies were easily rectified. It is quite a feat to reserve anywhere in Ottawa for that many people and I encountered several obstacles to reserving (only late night sittings, charges for no shows, no food could be brought it). Overall we were all quite happy with the event and the entertainment, which I won’t divulge! Kudos to the staff for an exceptional party experience.

   Some of the best service. Maize was wonderful . Very professional yet friendly. Food was hot (fajita’s) sizzling and great portions. Can’t wait to go back

   Restaurant seemed understaffed. It took awhile to get served. Meals were delivered by a runner and one was missing. We couldn't find our waitress so we flagged down the other waiter to help us. Most of the food was decent. One meal was very poor and they took it off the bill. We won't rush back. We'll probably try another Lone Star location next time.

   Our server for our table of 10, I think his name was Boots, was outstanding!!!! Very attentive, patient, and fun. Thank you! Special shout out to Ace as well!!!

   It was an excellent experience. We took our daughter there to celebrate her bday with her friends and the staff and the food was amazing. They really enjoyed their experience and for us it was really easy to organize and could also relax and enjoy the time.

   Food was good, exactly what we expected. Service was awful. Had to keep asking the server for things. Add ons like Guac, were forgotten, but billed. Repeatedly had to ask for water, straws, utensils, drinks. Never refilled chips, even though we asked multiple times. One of our guests never got their drink.

    Always a great place for families with young children. Kids love to make fajitas! Good value quality food for the money. Super kid-oriented - they sure love to watch tortillas being made. Server was attentive and food arrived fast for hungry little ones!
