My wife and I went to Lone Star for dinner and really enjoyed the experience. The Margarita smoothies were delicious and stayed nice and cold, the ribs and wings were moist tender and meaty, and the sauces were very good.

Server was not overly friendly but he was efficient and got us everything we asked for. Food was ok but it's just getting too expensive!

After having a bad experience a few months ago, we decided to try Lonestar once again. To say we were disappointed, Is an understatement. We ordered the chicken fajitas, and the onions were in edible. We told the server who had them cooked again for us. They came out the same way, hard and crunchy. It turns out the skin is left on the majority of the onions. The server looked into it and said that the onions come pre-cut so that’s the way it is. We left the majority of the vegetables on the plate. We asked for decaf coffee, which they said is now instant. It came and tasted just like a flavoured water. The server did give us our tea and coffee for free. Even with the gift card that I had from complaining last time the meal was still really expensive considering we couldn’t eat any of the onions. The best part of the meal was the dessert which I’m sure they order in as well. We will not be going back anymore

The waitress brought out the wrong item for my meal, then by the time the proper meal was ready, everyone else at the table was done so I took it to go. It wasn’t taken off the bill or something . Also, two guests who ate meat had a bad stomach reaction that night and all the next day.

The food seems to have gone down hill. The prices are higher and the food portions are less. The queso dip was really watery so won’t order again Service was just okay. Had to ask for more drinks and didn’t get asked if we needed more shells.

This particular locations food is never hot, luke warm at best, my steak is never cooked as I ask for it, and service is slow considering its not as busy as other locations I've gone to. It's lone star so it's still decent but disappointing at the same time
