   We didn’t eat, but had cocktails at the bar. Friendly and attentive bar staff although initially discussed on some admin issues rather than customers. Great ambience. Good cocktails produced very quickly once ordered. Generally atmosphere was elegant fifties vibe without being intimidating. Some pole dressed up and some not. All staff at Sanderson were friendly and efficient.

   It has been a few years since I visited the Sanderson and I was surprised at how much it has gone downhill. Everything is looking a little bit tired - flickering lights in the hall on the way to the toilets, dirty and damaged mirrors inside the ladies toilets etc. But what really shocked me was the terrible service. We were a table of 4 and there was a catalog of issues that turned into a bit of a comedy. The waiter didn’t write our order down which was his first mistake, then brought 2 cocktails instead of one, forgot the water, missed off the fries. We had to chase up twice, eventually arrived after we’d finished our mains, no apology at all. Then he brought our bill despite not asking for it. The price of our drinks was wrong, and in the end I asked to speak to the manager to voice our dissatisfaction. I was initially told the managers were on a break so I’d have to wait!!! When I did speak to the manager she apologised and did her best to made amends, but the damage was done and I won’t be back.

   Came to long bar Friday 8th for couple cocktails...Great service from the bartender..I forgot his name though lol... The cocktails were great & strong, just how I like.. Overal experience... Had a nice time...

   What a lovely bar, we went for anniversary drinks and it didn't disappoint again. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and we even got a glass of prosecco and a cake and candle to celebrate, what a touch! Great cocktails, great ambience. We will be back again! What a great start to our evening

   The food did not disappoint but with only 1,5 waiters it was a bit of a struggle to get their attention. The ambience was great but having the doors open to the terrace brought in the cold wind.

   Four of us went for drinks and the courtyard is stunning with the rippling sound of water in the background. The waiter was very friendly and polite and made a fuss of us because 2 of us had birthdays. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

    We only booked for drinks so cannot comment on food, however the bar was pretty empty, with only us and 2 other couples, so the atmosphere wasn’t great. Drinks were absolutely fantastic, and the staff were friendly.
