   Our waitress (Jenell) was great but there were several “issues”. - There is no signage from the parking lot to find the restaurant on the beach. We and about 5 others were wandering around the Marriott Condos to find someone to guide us but there was no one. We were literally lost until an energetic guy smelled garlic and followed his nose. Apparently there is some dispute between Marriott and the County and the restaurant that keeps them from getting signs to point you in the right direction. - Prices were high- even for Maui - The all metal seating was small was old and was uncomfortable - I’ve never been to an Italian restaurant with no lasagna on the menu..until now - They were out of the prized Macadamia dessert. - The location is right on the beach with a perfect sunset view. They would do well with after a major upgrade- assuming tourists keep coming back to Maui.

   Beautiful setting and reasonably good food, just leave all nostalgia at home. Gone is the Longhi’s that your parents, you, and your now adult children fondly remember. Yes, there are Longhi and Longhi Longhi salads on offer and prawn dishes that resemble, but do not match the originals. The restaurant would be well served to re-open the Longhi cookbook and bring back the legendary Amaretto prawns, pastas, and pesto and tomato cheese pizza breads. For those not burdened by memories of time past, the present version offers a relaxing vantage to watch the sunset, enjoy a mai tai, and consume a good but fairly standard meal.

   We’ve been to Longhi’s many time and the food and service is great. However on this visit the restaurant was only half full and the hostess sat us at a table by the bar and kitchen entrance. The traffic was so bad I had to ask for a better table. I feel since the restaurant was half empty we should have gotten a better table from the start. The Longhi’s hostess needs to do better.

   Our waitress went out of her way to bring us a champagne toast for my husband’s birthday. She took pictures of us and came back on her own to take a picture at sunset. She was so observant. The food was great! Such a great spot for a meal.

   Food was just ok for the price. Your wine bottle price is way out of line. It is the highest so far of all the places I have been. I have always had a bottle of red at dinner until last nite.$60 for the cheapest red. No way Robin our server was very good, we had a great table, and it was a beautiful nite out.

   The shrimp and prawns dishes were excellent! Gerry was a great server for my birthday dinner. She was very attentive, took our picture, and even made the planets line up for us lol. The tables by the beach were great for sunset pics. We will definitely be back!

    Wonderful meal at a table near the Ka’anapali beachwalk. Great view of the setting sun. Our server spent enough time with us to make us feel well attended without hovering. The Manila clams were very tasty and so was the mac nut crusted fish! Loved having the sound of the ocean in the background.
