   Lotus is a wonderful place to eat. I have been there many, many times. "YUKKI " was my hostess. She is always so very polite, courteous and very professional at all times. The coral shrimp was simply delicious. The won-ton soup was also very tasty and delicious. The e-foo noodle dish is also quite delicious as well. Matter of fact, all of the food is delicious. I have had the majority of the food on the menu, on different occasions, and I really enjoy it all. Tomas, the food server, is a very wonderful person who is also so very polite and extremely professional. Nena and Stephanie were not there today. They both are tremendous and so very lovely and professional. Jerry is also top notch and very wonderful as well. I always enjoy myself and cannot wait to return here to eat while I am at the casino. I was here for my 77th birthday and had a super great time. Great place to dine and great people to serve you. Let me not forget the 2 wonderful young ladies who greet you at the front entrance and seat you. They always graciously welcome me to the restaurant.

   Excellent food but subpar service. Tips are already on the check so it looks like the server could care less.

   It was a busy night but we waited 45 minutes for our entrée . Mine was only moderately warm and my partners was spicy hot even though the order was taken to go very easy on spices. It was my birthday dinner and it was disappointing. 😒

   We came 9:30pm they said was the last call, waitress was rushing us to give the order because the chef was about the leave. Food I guess because it was the last call was terrible. We order drinks and we were looking for our waitress to order more but she wansnt around. Never again come back

   Whenever I’m on a bus trip going to Resorts World I always go to your restaurant. The food is excellent and I’ve tried several restaurants there and lotus is the best..

    First off the food is excellent. We were seated - our drinks and appetizers came within 15 minutes of being seated. However it took another 45 minutes for our main dishes to come. In that time several tables around us were seated, and they had their food served before us. It wasn't until we said something that we were addressed. It was at that point the apologies came - we weren't looking for apologies - we wanted our food. They apologized telling us the kitchen was backed up and our food would be right out. Needless to say - when it did come out - it was barely warm. Our server was clearly overwhelmed and forgot it. The food would definitely make me think twice about going back, as it was very good - however the service was definitely lacking. I would say try Lotus when they aren't so busy. They did compensate us by removing our drinks.
