Service is great! Definitely want to make reservations for dinner service. Place was packed at 5:30 on a Friday night. Food was delicious. Pricing is a little higher there than their restaurant in Saint Mathews. Front of house Tom, and Johnny made everyone feel welcomed! Will definitely go back!

Everyone at our table loved their picks! We started with the Bayou dip (which was hot, creamy, and delicious), then ordered dinner. One got the steak and pasta special, one got a pizza, one got the carbonara, and one got catfish. All were prepared to perfection, with great flavors and all had food to take home! The chocolate creme brûlée was the icing on the cake of our meal! Can’t recommend this place highly enough!!

Our “reservation”was a table by the kitchen door. Our soup, salads and entrees all arrived at the same time. One salad was MIA. Entrees were cold after eating salad and soup. Even well prepared food is bad when cold. You shouldn’t spend $120.00 on a meal and leave feeling upset.

We were disappointed. On arrival for our reservation the host said they were really busy and asked if we wanted to sit at the bar. I said that I made reservations for the dining room and he huffed under his breath and eventually sat us at a table. Our server tried hard but they didn’t get our order right. The food was fine but the initial greeting just didn’t feel right

Our server was exemplary. Took our orders but allowed time for us to consider the menu. Food was served quickly, but was warm and obviously freshly prepared. Our foursome each had different selected entrees, but all four were complimentary of the food prep. The only down side to the restaurant is the noise level which made it somewhat difficult to have a conversation.

The food is very good, the service is great, and the atmosphere is good as well. The noise level is way too much. We will go again, but will go when it’s not as busy.

I'm so glad Lou Lou opened up a Middletown location and so far it seems to be doing well. I had the burger and my wife had the Hot Brown and both were delicious. Oh, and the Kentucky Oysters are great!

I decided to try the short rib sandwich since I’d never had one before. Am I glad I did!! It was so tender, flavorful, and filling. My friend got the crab cakes and loved them! This restaurant is still the new kid on the block, but they are quickly working through the pains of opening a new place. The servers are friendly, the bartenders are great, and the kitchen staff are creative and knowledgeable. I highly recommend you give them a try.
