We have a reservation and placed our pizza order hours before arriving. They sat us right by the entrance in the larger room which pelted us with cold outdoor air. We sat next to the largest party in the entire restaurant and had to yell just to talk to the person sitting next to me. The server took 25 minutes to take our order and the food took another 35 even though we were told 15. The drinks were small and not worth it. Worst of all, my wife's pizza came out cold....on her birthday! It had most likely been sitting most of that time while the others were being prepared. Honestly the worst dining experience I've ever had. I will not be returning and might not ever order lous again.

Everything was wonderful from beginning to end. Reliable delicious food. Our server, Katie, was so attentive and sweet. If a request was made, she followed through promptly. The entire time was celebratory and fun!

Food was excellent and service was great! We both enjoyed it. Would recommend for special occasions.

The evening was very nice. Just about what I expected.. Your waiter should learn to serve from the right, not diagonally across the table. Otherwise he was very good and helpful. As an aside, your busman was quite attentive and helpful.

We expected more from this restaurant. 1) First the location we were sitted was just next to the kitchen. 2) The sever was friendly but It took quite some time to get our food, more than 30 min. 3) We had ordered dip dish pizza! The puzza was just okay! We had better dip dish pizza in the past. Overall, it was just an okay experience and we will probably won't visit this restaurant in the future.
