    On Valentine's Day, they were ridiculously packed, but our server was very attentive and kept checking in on us. The food was amazing as always. We're regulars here, but the fact that the quality didn't suffer from such a packed day prompted me to write this review. Incredible place. Definitely be sure to get a reservation. I overheard the staff telling people that the wait for a table was 2 hours. We, on the other hand, had a reservation and were seated immediately. Definitely get a reservation. These wait times can happen even on busy Saturdays, not just holidays.

    Great service, great drinks, great appetizers, amazing pizza. We had a large group and we were all very happy with our choice of restaurant.

    Great deep dish pizza, friendly waiter who was attentive even though the restaurant was really busy. Nice to have an experience at the original location!

    It was very busy. We were seated quickly upon our arrival. The staff were very busy and it took a while for place settings and water. Also waer refills were very slow and needed to ask multiple times. We were told timing of pizza which was acceptable for how busy they were (45 minutes) We ordered appetizers and salads which allowed us to be eating something while we waited for pizza.

    The salad and pizza were excellent, as always!!!! Our waitress was excellent. It was nice and quiet-not crowded yet. An A+ like always!!!!!

    We had a great time. Our spinach pizza was delicious, as always. I'm not sure of the name of our server -- the receipt says "Juanjo U" -- but he was excellent: very friendly and attentive and kept us informed of the status of our order.

    Lou Malnati’s original restaurant in Lincoln wood. The customer service couldn’t have been better as we were delayed past our reservation and the management was understanding, pleasant, and accommodating…saving our reserved table.70th birthdays celebration having also dined with Lou’s for 50 years! Food was delicious as we hoped and expected.Service was friendly and very attentive. We were even treated to birthday desserts! Couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable reunion with Malnatti’s to celebrated landmark birthdays.

    Lou’s is always a favorite! The Malnati salad was delicious as ever and the deep dish pizza was cheesy happiness! We got there early and we were glad we did! It was a busy night, but our server was attentive and amazing. A good treat for a cold night!
