I walked in with a bunch of kids and from the moment I checked in, I felt judged and that I was annoying to the staff. Was not family friendly and wait staff did nothing but make us feel unwanted

Our service was fantastic, their pizza was great ! The atmosphere is fun, great for families. Only downside was that even though we called our order in 30 minutes prior to our arrival we still have quite a wait till it was served.

It took over 20 minutes after being seated to finally have another server ask if we'd been helped yet. Food was good, but we got served the wrong pizza. I let the woman who ran it out to us know it was not what we ordered and she said sure it is... And began serving it to us. That means somone else was missing their pizza all together.

Pizza was very good, took the advice and ordered our deep dish ahead of time and was at our table within 10 minutes. Our server Sam, was very good and knowledgeable. Great experience for first time at Lou’s

We enjoyed our great service. The Malantis salad easily fed 4 of us with leftovers. Our friends had never had this style pizza before so we ordered one deep dish and one thin. Split decision but everyone enjoyed the evening.

We had a great time at Lou Malnati's! Our waitress, Chelsea, was quite pleasant and accommodating when our kids were acting up, and she was patient with us taking a while to order. The atmosphere and decor was nice, nothing out ofdefinitle got the cheesy bread and classic deep dish, and both were phenomenal. We'd definitely go back!

Fantastic service! Food was good but not spectacular. We aren't huge deep dish lovers to start with and this didn't change our minds. Thin crust pizza was tasty but expensive for pizza. We would come back with how great the service was but might try something different.
