This is the second time Carol was our server. She is fantastic. Very attentive without going overboard. Ask for Carol!

Food is consistently delicious! Nice atmosphere. Clean bathrooms. There was a little delay in service and food but that seems to happen everywhere in recent days.

Service was great, food and experience was too. Love trying out classic Chicago spots when we’re in and around the city and Lou’s didn’t disappoint!

Our server Natalie was awesome. She had several tables at once including a large party of more than 15. They all asked for separate checks so she was held up but she still managed to take care of all of her other tables. She was very attentive! Food was delicious.

Lou’s has an attractive inside and outside seating arrangement at their Tinley store. Food excellent ( we had pizza), and ambiance good- plenty of space, clean restrooms and small, but attractive bar. Well drinks varied and tasty/ good variety of beer and wine. Service lacking tho’, and I don’t mean only slow because of the time it takes to cook deep dish pizza. Just not very attentive. But the restaurant is worth a visit.

Great location, 2 minutes from our home. Attended the local symphony event, our 1st choice was Lou’s for our 8:15 pm dinner. Thanks

We sat outside on a pleasant summer night, it was quiet and peaceful. We had good service, the Lou’s salad was so, so good! Then we had a deep dish sausage pizza. It was delicious - love the crust- very cheesy! I could barely eat one slice, but it made a delicious breakfast the next morning.

Salad was fresh and dressing was tasty. Pizza was hot and well done as ordered. Friendly and nice atmosphere. Great experience

I took my husband to celebrate his birthday since he loves pizza. We like Lou Malnati's. However, we've never been to this location. We really enjoyed the food. Everything was cooked properly and seasoned well. The cocktails were strong (a good thing) and the desert was the perfect ending. Our waitress was very attentive, up beat,and kind. We will definitely visit again.
